Let me start by saying that every zoner, a transport or a battleship can cross into penn and dock at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania does not fall under Liberty Space, if at all, it is a Independet system, UNDER liberty Protection.

Seems liberty can do what it wants in O-49 and other places, but Zoner's cant.

I don't think that other zoners like the idea that you limit zoners from zoner bases, if its a starflier or a battleship.
And what do you care about their intentions? Do we ask navies in FP what the hell are they doing there? no, cuz it looks like a one way street with the navies; why FP when u have texas? Or a nearby base?
The fact that you use Bering, knowning fully that a zoner base is located deep within this stupid conflict with RH makes your insult even worse.
How about you move your fights to another place, far away from Zoner installations, or even better ; as of now, no navy cap ship is allowed to be in FP, sounds cheesey; but since no one is willing to be the official body, i'll be that guy in this case.

Well.. where to start.. I see what you mean Tel-aviv. As Rulewise Penn is not a house space of liberty. inRP they try to claim it. are 2 different things. So as its not sanctionable.. you can get inRP chased by the Liberonians for breaking their rules. If you would dock it in New York, Texas, California, Colorado, Alaska, Ontario or Minnesota.. That is sanctionable. as that is Rulewise HOUSE space.
You could only defend yourself as zoner and RolePlay. (its an RP server anyway..) You could try to roleplay that the liberonians would approve independant zoners in their big ships there. but honestly in Penn i have never had problems. And if some arrise you can allways solve it inRP
