Does anybody know if a subtitle mod exists for vanilla?
I have no sound ever since I installed 4.86 (only gunfire sounds) and I don't want to miss anything about the plot. This would be a good way to solve it.
If it doesn't exist... does anybody know of a way to have another installation of vanilla, different from the one tweaked by my 4.86 installation? When I execute the installation it only offers me to uninstall or reinstall, but no new install.

When you install Discovery, you get two copies of Freelancer - the original Freelancer executable you installed from, and the clone that Discovery installed into. Just track down the original and install a CD crack.
