Also, Kishiro now rules Kusari and it united with GRN, so BAF wont be happy at you.
GMG is another matter really. They not so much Kusari affilated so you might not get problems
Offtop: Gallia is allied with kusari???
Tentions are hot, on the ground I believe they are near hostile ( The war is over but.. ).
I would go for Interspace.

[*]Empire of Kusari (subsequently extended to
Kishiro
Kusari Naval Forces
Kusari State Police
Samura
... 2.4 - Kusari Nationals and Prohibition of Access
Despite the current cessation of hostilities with the Republic of Kusari, transit rights have not yet been resumed. Kusari ships (see: 1.4 - Definition of Entities; Republic of Kusari) found within Bretonian borders are currently to be treated as smugglers and dealt with appropriately. Exceptions: Samura ships delivering sustenance supplies to Kusari Exile bases are to be left to their business. They are only to dock on Kusari Exile bases. Bretonian bases are off-limits, and attempting to access them for any reason will result in repercussions.
If you are caught docking on any non-Exile base in Bretonia or with anything other than basic commodities (FWO, Basic Alloy and the like), you will be fined 2 million credits and likely have your cargo confiscated. If you are Kishiro or Samura IDed, just trade in any of the other 4 houses.

After the Imperial Navy was pretty well beaten by Gallia, the new Republic government made peace and have since began trading with each other. Also, the KNF appear to have started "upholding Gallic law" in the Taus, which will be some fun RP for we Colonials

They arent. Relations are warm and growing. Several treaties have also been set up between Rheinland, Kusari and Gallia. Get with the times.

you should know RP of your own faction, before you re-created it. We have our own laws which we uphold in taus.
As Trail told, we are neutral-friendly with GRN.
We know that the Colonials were at war with Kusari, which was why we sent you that wine and offer of peace which was completely ignored.
From what we've seen inRP, all the Tau Decree stuff came out and we were no longer interested in peace. Under the Gallic boot is where you chose, and we Colonials do not wish to join you.
I know we are against your law in Tau-29, and that is why I watch out for Reavers there. We're fine to fight alongside them against Outcasts in the other Taus though, when GRN aren't around.

I know this was Redbull or similar on an indy KNF ship, but shooting our transports near Java doesn't exactly agree with the above - you have ceded your rights to Gallia.

2.4 A strip of space 5 km east and west of the vertical divide of Tau-29 remains neutral and thus provides a buffer zon2 of 10 km between the two houses.[/color]
Not sure exactly how that applies to the Freeport, but with the following quote:
EDIT: Actually, in screen form.
It can be spun fairly well. I have no problem with the general idea of what happened (the actual... execution might not have been perfect), just taking the RP as I see it. More shall follow.

GMG are neutral-friendly to bretonia. If you don't smuggle, you will have no problems with them.
also Summer.
It seems you don't understand what means upholding law. Killing colonials on our doorstep is not an upholding law of gallia. And using indies to prove that KNF upholding Gallia law... so poor.
You have been our enemy for a long time, and it have nothing to do wtih Gallia, we see you in tau/kusari, we shoot you.
Also when you sent that msg about trying negotiate peace.. our gov was in mess.. and some just like me wasn't active in that period. So it's your own fault that you tried badly.
GMG and their fuel are quite welcome in Bretonia, no need to worry.
West, as 2iC of the BPA I know perfectly well about upholding the law - whether it was Kusarian or Gallic in this case, your pilots were goaded by ours and we received a response.
"Using disorganisation as an excuse and blaming us, so poor..." Hey look, I can do that too. Sorry we clearly caught you at a bad time
As I said, things have changed since then and Kusari has shown what side they are on, with no interest in making peace. Hopefully we'll have someone to answer this attempt at 'diplomacy'.
Hmmm, not quite sure on the rules regarding this. He's definitely not upholding the correct laws (not everyone distinguishes GMG from Kusari corps as they should), can still levy fines I suppose.
The BS in question is not acting within the official roleplay of the BAF or Bretonia at large.
