Subject: Molly fleet sighted in Dublin, standoff and retreat
Gentlemen,
the situation with the Mollys is getting worse and worse. As I was flying a patrol through Bretonia today with QCO-member John Congreve, we ended up in Dublin, confronted with nothing less than seven Mollys from the Union of Gold! As we saw some of them approaching, we retreated to the Battleship Essex, as done several times before. One of them fell for it nonetheless:
What was approaching then, gentlemen, nearly knocked me out of my seat: an Outcast Dreadnought, the Proton!
Surprinsingly, the crew of that battleship fell for the same trick as the Molly before - Leprechauns think alike, I guess:
The Proton took serious damage and we even thought about confronting it with Congreve's bomber. It retreated out of the Essex' range though and called other Mollys to help. After a short conversation with the captain of the Proton, both sides agreed to retreat - the Mollys to their home system, Londonderry, Congreve and I to New London.
I'm writing this report as an Ion storm has hit the system and we are unable to move. I hope it gets to the HQ nevertheless. We'll resume the patrol after the storm.

As signalised in the last message, we continued our patrol after the Ion Storm.
While Constable Vimes was patroling Cambridge, I encountered a Corsair bomber, [TT]-FireStorm in Leeds. He didn't show any hostilities and fled as soon as he saw me. I followed him to make sure he wouldn't cause any trouble for traders in Bretonia. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to catch up to him and he took the Omega 5 jump hole in Cambridge.
No further disturbances during the patrol. I advise to watch out for this [TT] identifier as we now know that these pilots are corsairs.

Sorry mates, all the tea and biscuits are getting to my stomach. *Retching noise* It must've been that cursed Kusari seaweed biscuit I ate! As a result I won't be flying today for a little while (church be on in about 3-4 from this post) until then jolly good show with the leprechauns! Yesterday I was engaged by two UoG light fighters in cambridge. On the first run one of them was hit by my nuclear mine and for some reason and no regenerations! Ordinni'[M] had arrived although just for backup in case more came. Soon the last UoG must've gone insane! He set a course straight for the planet...poor chap, his ship burning up immediatley in orbit.

Another thing, for some strange reason a Corsair gave me twenty million worth of credit cards. As a result I now have a fully equipped Hussar with an armor upgrade MK 8 as well as some extra credits, if you need some I will see what I can do!

Sirs, I am hear to report several important events today. First, a UoG member was in New London. He was in a bomber right over Planet New London! I wonder how he got so far! Anyway I engaged. During the fight I was obiously on the upperhand as I had taken no hull damage and he was out of shield batteries. In the middle of this a Red Hessian in a zoner destroyer engaged me. I destroyed the bomber quickly and ran to battleship Suffolk.
Later, pirates were detected in Leeds. I went there and encountered a Corsair bomber near Planet Leeds. I engaged and soon all of his guns were blown off from my mines. Before I could destroy him his friend arrived in a raven talon helped him. Soon though, an ion storm came and blew us away. After we recovered they left the area.
Even later I found the accursed |NoFear| faction in cambridge. I ask Ordi'nni[M] to come help me in cambridge. I arrived at the planet to find both of them there. I asked them for the 10 million fine. They declined and instead openned fire. I attacked the Sabre very heavy fighter. Soon his shields were down and his ally did the rest of the work. His friend, mrav destroyed him with a nucler mine. Then ordinni arrived and soon mrav was running towards the planet in his bomber. My cruise disruptors destroyed his mines right as they came out, blowing off all his guns. He then promptly commited suicide on Planet Cambridge.
I have gotten my revenge, let this serve as a warning to all who want to make enemies of the BPA! In addition friends, my support for the mission, ordinni, was paid 1million from my personal account for his assistance. I believe however that because of this and other instances where he has helped bretonia and continues to help, that he deserves more. It is your choice Sir Sheppard.

G'day mates, here to report on several succesful operations. Early in the day on my patrol through dublin I encountered some leprechauns. A gunboat, a Sabre, a Barghest, and a Slipstream light fighter. I engaged and soon destroyed the sabre with a mine. Later the barghest fell and then the slipstream. I then retreated to Essex knowing I was outgunned.
I returned to New London to link up with the Mandalorians, Ordinni and Ranov'la Aran. After some scans I showed the Zoner, Jacques Houdek on appoarch to Planet New London, I ordered him to stop and pay his fine. He did so willingly after hearing the new evidence.
Next, the Mandalorians and I detected three leprechauns and an outcast in Leeds, we went there to see them jump to Dublin. So we followed and were soon engaged by a cruiser, two bombers and a fighter. Our "army" consisted of a gunship, a bomber, and a light fighter. But, thanks to good piloting skills of the mandalores, they were all destroyed except for the outcast who fleed to Hood.
After these events the accursed Kusarian farmer, Ze'ev's_Rage showed up in Leeds. I acted as the bait and the farmer soon took it. I went evasive, then the Mandalores arrived. Soon Ze'ev was frantically trying to run! To no avail as his gunboat was soon reduced to space rubble.
And last but not least, I encountered a mercenary by the name of John_Willow near Essex. He had some synthetic marijuana, so I told him to pay the fine of 1million credits. He declined and sped off. I humbly request he be put on the blacklist.
A good day for Bretonia!
Long live the queen!
P.S.
With Superintendant Sheppards permission I would like to get our own armory started. It would be a rather poor ship and poorly equipped but we could build it up. I await your word on this Sir Sheppard.

Subject: Patrol report: Mollies and Outcasts in London
Good day gentlemen,
I'm sorry to report the suboptimal outcome of our last patrol, with constable Cooper. We both are currently recovering from minor injuries at the New London Royal Hospital.
We started our patrol in New London and detected two Molly entities, a Sabre and a Slipstream, on our scanners, which were heading to Cambridge. We quickly followed them, and found them near Planet Cambridge, where they were sitting in space. At this time, they didn't show any hostile behaviour and complied to our request to retreat to Dublin. We escorted them to the Dublin jumpgate in New London and continued our routine.
Well, one would think that those Mollies got finally reasonable... But we were mistaken. A couple of minutes later, both Mollies were showing up again in front of Planet London. This time they had support from an Outcast bomber. They quickly engaged us and nearby citizens, so we had to defend ourselves. We were giving them a hard fight, until suddenly Cooper's ship got vaporized by his own mine. An error in the tracking system, I assume. Luckily, I was able to tractor his pod.
With this disadvantage in numbers as well as in guns, I decided to retreat to the nearby battleship HMS Suffolk. The two Mollies followed me into its range and one fell again under the fire of HMS.
The other Molly however, seemed to have hacked his IFF somehow, that the Suffolk didn't treated him as hostile. I tried to to fend him off anyway, but failed.
Our pods were recovered by the Suffolk and were shipped to Planet London.
We will return to our duties as soon as possible.
Constable Vimes out.

But the Raven, sitting lonely on that placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered; not a feather then he fluttered--
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "Other friends have flown before--
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before."
<blockquote>Then the bird said, "Nevermore."</blockquote>

Subject: Victorious against the Leprechauns!
Gentlemen,
I am glad to finally be able to report a great victory for our forces!
I was patroling Bretonia space with my repaired Hussar and was soon joined by Sgt. Scott. We scanned the trader vessels in Cambridge, nothing suspicious. As we reached New London, we received a message from the Essex: multiple Leprechauns sighted in Dublin!
To make sure they wouldn't go after the local traders, we performed the system jump. In Dublin, independent BAF Lieutenant Charles Heydon in his bomber joined us at the Essex. The Mollys seem to have learned though: this time, they didn't fall for the good old "Battleship-trap". As Constable Vimes had just arrived in Dublin as well, we took the risk of engaging these bandits outside of the Essex' range.
We were up against the UoG vessels Supercluster, Zanthrax and the independent Outcasts Chupachup and Falcata.003.
Soon, the first enemy vessel disintegrated:
After that we unfortunately had to advise Mr Heydon to leave - his bomber was a little too slow for the fast fighters in this battle. We now focussed on the first UoG vessel, me constantly keeping the shields down and Sgt. Scott finally taking care of him:
The last ones, Zanthrax and Falcata.003 proved to be quite talented pilots - Constable Vimes kept the Falcata busy while Sgt. Scott and I chased the Zanthrax' Sabre. Both sides had quite a hard time, but we come out victorious:
The Falcata actually managed to retreat, but nonetheless: a great success for the Bretonia Police Authority! No casualties on our side, three enemies defeated. Back on the Essex, Scott, Vimes and I allowed ourselves to take a short tea break.

Subject: Excellent Work!
Excellent chaps!
We'll show these treacherous Leprechauns what we're made of!
Specifically to Mr. Scott:
Excellent work with the Ze'ev's rage. John Willow shall be put on our Hunt/Kill list until he pays his 1 million Synthetic Marijuana tariff. Unless, of course, Mr. Willow is flying a smaller ship, such as a freighter with less than 1000 Cargo. In this case, the tariff is 250,000. Synth Marijuana is only illegal in Bretonia without the attached tariff. I'm against it, but these orders come directly from the BAF Admiralty.
Specifically to Mr. Vimes:
The fact that the Mollys have hacked their IFFs is most concerning. We may need to bring this to the attention of the Queen and the BAF.
Also, Mr. Vimes, can you provide the Outcast's name?
Specifically to Mr. Cooper:
Excellent work. Remember next time that you should not take such dangers! We are a police force, equiped for police operations. If necessary, wait for the Leprechauns at the battleship. Unless they pose a specific threat to the welfare of Bretonian civilians, try not to engage preemptively.
In addition, Mr. Houdek's name has been removed from the wanted list.
Mr. Scott's request to start an Armoury is fully authorized (provided that the armory be placed on a shared account). //This is for convience only, for instance, you might not be online when we need to access the armory.
I suggest that the Armory be a Percheron, since those are the finest cargo ships ever made in Bretonia, but Mr. Scott, the final call is up to you.
I have also commissioned the Sirius Union Company to begin providing a steady stream of income for the BPA. Should you ever see one of their ships about, please provide an escort, since it's funding your tea an biscuits!
