Greetings Bowex Officials

I would firstly like to thank you again for granting us Docking Rights at Kings Cross Station. Our transport convoys have started to incorporate the many ores and other facilities you provide into our routes and the feedback from my pilots so far has been excellent.

With that I come to you with a further offer for us to discuss. You see our company has had lots of interaction with the House of Bretonia since our founding. We’ve made countless trips to New London and other destinations and have filled many a Bretonian merchant back home in Alberta. While carrying out our business we couldn’t help but notice and be impressed by some of the ships we encountered.

One such ship that has caught our eye is the Bretonian built “Shire” transport. This vessel’s sturdiness and strong armour plating coupled with its formidable defences make it perfect for some of our operations. It appears that this ship is built by Borderworlds Exports and I hold great faith in your engineering prowess. So with that I humbly request to purchase:

Three - “Shire” Bretonia Container Transports

I have pilots who are very excited at the chance of getting to fly one of these ships and I do hope that we can come to some sort of agreement. I’ll patiently await your response.

Best regards,

Oystein Baadsvik

RECEIVER: Oystein Baadsvik

Dear Mr. Baadsvik

at first I'd like to aplogize the small delay from our side. We didn't meant to abuse your patience. However, your transmission was already viewed long ago and is still being processed by the responsible commission. I'll try to readjust the priority of your demand, which might accelerate the process. Unfortunately, this is all I can do for you now. Please remain patient for their decision. Thanks.

Yours sincerely,

~ Incoming Transmission from Cambridge Research Station, Cambridge System ~
[Image: kQkzU.png]
~ Date: 1st April 820 AS ~

Greetings Oystein.

The Border World Exports board wish to extend their gratitiude to your thanks concerning the docking rights of your company upon Kings Cross Station. I personally must admit that it has been a nice sight seeing your ships on approach to the station mooring points not to mention the interesting stories your employees love to share of crazy libertonian pirates.

But after your request of three 'Shire' Container Transports the board asked me to take the request to the next Scarborough Station Board meeting and to see what we can do for you.

So after examing the construction, inventory, and legality issues we are proud to announce that we can in fact construct three Shires for your company.

However you must understand that with the majority of Alloy shipments within Bretonia already assigned to current projects, namely the repairs of Armed Forces vessels for the protect of Bretonia, we regret to announce that the construction time for the three Shires may be a bit longer than expected.

But we value your company and as such we can hurry the construction process along by bringing in additional transport loads of Basic Alloys. Scarborough Station's Material Acquisitions Deparment claim that the increased cost of these would increase the cost of each Shire by 10 million SC however they do admit that if you wish to bring in the extra 20,000 units of Basic Alloys yourself that can keep some costs down for yourselves.

So just to clarify this for you; Border World Exports is willing sell to you three Shires as requested, however you will need to transport 20,000 Units of Basic Alloys to Scarborough Station (appending delivery logs to this transmission) or pay a further 30 million SCs to King's.Cross.Control prior to construction.

So do let us know what your company decides Oystein and I'll look forward to personally handing over to you the controls of the first completed Shire.

Fly safe.

- Stew Wolfe

Member of the Scarborough Station Board of Directors.

Greetings Mr Wolfe

Thankyou for your kind words, our ship captains are very happy with the service Kings Cross Station provides and we'll continue to stop off on our routes there and barter for goods in such a professional environment.

I'm also very pleased to hear that your able to construct these vessels for us. They will be of great use and we look forward to their completiton. With the current situation in Bretonia we have decided that importating some of the finest Liberty Basic Alloys would be most beneficial to your shipyards. With that I have dispatched several ships who will start to bring the goods you require. Once the deliveries amounting to 20,000 Units of Basic Alloy have been completed I'll send the delivery logs to yourself.

It has been a pleasure diong business with you. You'll hear from me again soon.

Greetings Mr Wolfe

Apologies for not contacting you again sooner, as ever things at headquaters have been rather frantic but at last I can finally get round to the next stage of this. As I said in my previous transmission we were intending on delivering some high quality Basic Alloys fresh from Liberty's manufacturing plants. As requested the last of the shipments arrived safely at Scarborough several days ago. I enclose the delivery logs below:

Departing Planet Manhattan: Transport 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Arriving at Scarborough: Transport 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

I hope everything is to your satisfaction and I eagerly wait to hear upon the progress of the construction of the vessles should everything be in order.

Best regards,

Oystein Baadsvik

Incoming Transmission from Scarborough Station, New London system.
14. April 820 A.S.

To: President Oystein Baadsvik, Platinum Inc.
Priority: Moderate.
Topic: Shire order.

Hullo there, gents!

I was just popping in to Scarborough for an inspection, and noticed this message sitting in the manager's inbox. Thought I'd give Stew a break and answer this for him. I had a quick chat with the logistics officer here, and he says they've received the additional cargo for construction.

The majority of the superstructures have already been completed, so they were just waiting on those shipments to finalise the outer plating and some of the internal decking. The final adjustments should be just about done over the next three days or so. We'll give you a shout when they're finished.

The final construction cost of $100,614,750 per vessel can be paid on pick-up. We can do this in a single lump sum, or on finance. The choice there is pretty much yours.

Have fun with the new toys!
~Peterson.

Just a quick update to let you chaps know that the Shires are now fully complete and awaiting pick-up in their berths. The BES Carlton, Dengrave and Wibbet (a very well respected post-arrival Prime Minister) can be flown almost immediately. We've intentionally left them unequipped, allowing you to pick from our range of weapon and defence systems. We can also rename their registeries for you on the way out.

Yours in service to the Crown
~Peterson.
