Signore Alessan, I report to you from the infirmary of the compound. As of the date and time of this transmission, you are still fighting, I hope you destroy the cluster of enemies. As requested of all members of your Lance, a report of the recent battle shall be posted.
Just as I reoutfitted my ship that was originally Raphael's (rest his poor, stupid soul) I received a call to arms on the private channel, albeit much later than I should have, blame the ion storms.
I was welcomed with mines and lasers. As one of the many casualties on the enemies side, I was also a casualty of the Lance.
Location Near Java Station, Tau-23
Lancieres Involved Commandant Alessan Contari
Lanciere Amadeo Visconti
Fanteria Marco Santoro
Fanteria Elena De Domenico
Allies Involved Several Outcast Vessels such as the XTF and 101st A Freelancer
Enemies Involved Many inhabitants of Java Station
Colonials
IMG
GRN
BHG
As I entered the system, I joined in battle with Marco Santoro and Elana De Monico. For better clarification, when I joined there were two seperate battles being fought near eachother, but not yet merged. We took out several IMG members, where then I left that fight to join Alessan Contari. By now, however, the fights have merged to one. During this, a Colonial killed a member of the GRN. But then soon after, I was disoriented, too many ships, too many projectiles, it was my own fault for the destruction of my ship, and for that I am truly sorry. I was flown back to Alpha and taken to the infirmary.
Below is a log of what I have transmitted to all of Omicron Alpha as I lay here in the infirmary, calling for your aid.

Signore Santoro, your capture of Anna McCarthy is quite surprising. I presume she has many friends within the Guild who'd want her back, and we could profit considerably by selling her to them. Or perhaps there are others who want her, enemies perhaps. Either way, there's money to be made. Bring her to the Contari primary villa in Savona, and put a rebreather on her, people pay less for damaged merchandise, and potential buyers might consider orange addiction to be damage.

Rebreather and Savona. Understood, Comandante. Give us a couple of hours until we're settled and ready to move down to Malta's surface.
Now, here comes the report from a yesterday. I joined up a little raid squadron with Vengeful.Nostalgia and Jenny.Ortega. At first, we tried our luck intercepting an IMG convoy passing through the Sigmas, as one of them had stated earlier in the Taus they would head to Rheinland, and so the experience confirmed in the past. Nevertheless, we arrived a bit late.
Hope wasn't lost at all when it came to plunder convoys, as once we rolled into Kyushu, we managed to intercept two Interspace transports hauling Gold Ore. Of course, the mandatory taxes were applied. After that, a Naval Forces destroyer captain still felt brave enough to make our party crash. Fortunately, these K'Hara as we formally address them showed up in time to provide some assistance. Minutes and gunshots later, we returned back to Malta.
I believe it is time for me to report in, a Cavaliere does have his duty in the Contari compound after he has been out gallivanting in space. However, a Florentine gentlemen such as yours truly also has other duties in the markets e with the bello donne. E with a... streak such as the one I had, who would not spend a bit of time there?
For the majority of our 'raid' - for want of a better term - our party consisted of a 75th Mosquito Scimitar, a trigger-happy Sabre, one of our Kusarian 'sisters' e the skilled and deadly Savannah Maya aboard her Metal Tango.
A Rheinlander, claiming to be an 'intelligence agent' had brought it upon himself to destroy our Cali base. A mistake the pilot was not given a chance to live with. However, it appears the Bureau has some cloning technology, for the idiotareturned soon afterwards only to be put down like the cane he is.
Next was a hunter, a Colonial Hydra e an Obstinate of the Council. Clearly not earning his denaro this day, the hunter fled. A shame, for the other two went down with honour at least...
A Valor in service to the mad Gallic King e two of the Guild's 'exploration craft' attempted to interrupt us, but what fools they were! One cruiser for theMaltese e one for Gallia in the end, before we set upon the latter. Even with the KusariNavalForces arriving, it went up in flames fantasticamente. Some sort of ion drive must have been destroyed aboard the Granville, for my Falcata was inoperable for the rest of the engagement until I found myself at Java. Against the Guild hordes, a retreat was in order, along with some rescued compagni.
A pleasant jaunt, si?
Arrivederci e buona fortuna,
Renato Medici, Cavaliere
This report will contain information from the past few days. Firstly, I'd like to begin with a patrol I conducted of Tau-23 several days ago. I encountered two Colonial Republic snubs, and intercepted one. Both ran to Tau-39, and one escaped. The other, however, fell quite quickly to my guns.
----------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------
I was joined by Rina Como and Marcio Castro shortly afterwards in 23. We extorted the prospectors, as is customary. One of them, Chance, challenged me to a duel in 37. His ship is now a scrap heap. We returned to 23 and followed several transports, though they escaped after refusing our requests.
----------------------------------------------
Yesterday, whilst stealing from one of the Guild's transports, I was contacted privately by a member of the Colonial Republic about the then captive Anna McCarthy.
----------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------
In exchange for information about her whereabouts, the CR|Vindication arranged for a shipment of hull panels to be diverted to Cali. They'll be used up by the construction of the Bisanzio, but it's nice to speed things along. I've still got some of the Colonial's credits, I believe he'll want them returned.
----------------------------------------------
Lastly, there were several engagements in the Taus today. Marcio Castro managed to down three snubs working for the prospectors, and I took one down myself, though it cost me my ship as well. Mines can be destructive like that. That fight also saw the presence of Marco Santoro, and Rosa Marchesi.
Several hours later, with new equipment in hand, I was alerted that the Ghosts we're being overwhelmed by the Guild. Myself, Amadeo Visconti, and Rina Como moved to their aid. We swarmed one of the Guild's battlecruisers and two of their gunboats, though the Colonials involved escaped.
----------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------
With the recent activity in the Taus, I think a visit to the Vizio may be in order. I need to relax.

I went on a raid today at the Tau-23 system that I quickly became the leader of. The raiding party merely consisted of me, a Samarran, Stefan Salvatore, and anther Maltese ship named LiquorStore.
The 4 of us managed to fend off multiple enemy snub vessels, gunboats and even capital ships. Some of them fell in the field of battle, others did emergency docking at Java.
I tried my best to catch as many pictures as possible in the mayhem, but it proved quite hard. We have vanquished about as follows: 9 snub vessels all together, some I managed to take pictures of, some I didn't.
2 Gunboats, one that belonged to the IMG and anther Freelancer one. 2 IMG battlecruisers that had to dock for emergency repairs.
I will claim the raid as highly successful, seeing that we managed to push off all enemy forces, with only 1 loss near the end of the raid, when only the battlecruisers remained, of the ship LiquorStore.
I also managed to get hold of a mystery item, it was left as a gift from the dead Colonial I think. Was quite hard to tell in all the chaos.
It seemed to be somewhat compatible to my ship, but apparently my ship's energy core isn't fitted for that quite of weaponry and was working only at 10% functionality when it was fitted in.
I will await until a higher rank member of the Lance will come to either take it away for further study, or could deliver it myself. My current location is Cali Base at Tau-23.
(--- ENCRYPTING: VIEW ACCESS LIMITED: ALESSAN, ELARIA, ELENA ---)
Miss Elena, you will follow these orders exactly. You will not leave Cali Base. You will unfit that item from your ship, and prepare it for transit. Alessan, Elaria, and I will retrieve the item and discuss what will be done with it afterwords. Most of all, tell no one of what you have.
If this item is any use, I will see that you are rewarded.
Yet another raid into Tau-23, with a similar result to go with it. Rina e Alessan made their way from the North while I had a tangle with a Freelancer. Investigating him for his Police transponder, I found him firing upon the rookies e with one in his hold. Even with a simple demand, he decided to attack me e was soon put down. Another one for me, e a signore safely on Cali for now.
Finding the other two taking on transports e battlecruisers in fighters, my Falcata was of its usual brillantezza in driving them all to Java. Joined by some of the Guild's 'defenceforce' e Eleria, we set about our usual work. Many of them had missile setups that - although posing a threat to my heavier ship - provedmore of a threat to their own. E how much they let us know it! What did prove a problem in the end was a most scontroso Bottlenose captain, who took out our Commandante before being driven off by Rina aboard the Sassari. The rest of them who did not explode crashed onto Java onebyone.
A success for the Lance if ever I saw one.
Arrivederci e buona fortuna,
Renato Medici, Cavaliere
After fierce fighting in tau 37, we have emerged victorious against the IMG. The IMG moved a force to intercept after one of their scouts spotted our ships in the system. Luckily we learned of this ahead of time and were able to bolster our forces in preparation. I was among the Lanciers sent to reinforce the tau 37 system. Combat began soon after we made sensor contact with the IMG force.
Both our superior numbers and the skill of our pilots helped to win the day. Though we sustained a single loss, that of Amadeo Visconti, we managed to eliminate nearly the entire IMG force. The vessel Sage escaped after the last of his comrades was destroyed. I have only the highest praise for those I fought alongside, and for the sound strategic action of the Lance command. I deem this operation to be a resounding success, and an example to all of the capabilities of the Lance.
Today, during the fight against those dirty miners, due the ION storm, my ship's orientation systems failed and I've lost the visual with the targets. I've found myself sixty-two kilometers above Omicron Alpha hole. Without being able to contact the others, I did a shameful move: I came back home leaving them behind. This will not happen again!
