I'd like to report a misuse of Junker ID papers, again.
The old reporting:
I'm a miner at Saltese. A guy appeared in a ship designated PowerTrain, transmitting Freelancer IFF, but using Junkers ID papers. He asked me to mine him copper. As he claimed to be a Junker, I trusted him, and mined him 3610 metric tons of copper. Then he left without paying, and jumped to Puerto Rico, saying he "joked" me.
This same ship attacked and killed a trader in Magellan, demading cargo, but it now runs under the name Marta.Queen. It has a Freelancer IFF, a Junker ID, and is a Pilgrim.
Had a run in with a fellow by the name of Murcielago in Sigma 13, near Yanagi. He claims to call Yanagi his home, but demands "donations" from us while scrap minin. There were 4 of us minin scrap in the Yanagi debris fields. This son of a gun made his demands and I refused. Told him not to call Yanagi home if he was gonna beg for handouts. He followed us for about an hour and a half. Hit us with cruise disruptors, and destroyed tradelanes. I finally had about enough, and opened fire on him. Got him to chase me quite a ways while the other 3 in my group managed to deposit their scrap and move on. Enclosed is the footage from the whole event.
Had a run in with a feller from Gallia. One of them Gallic Junkers. Goes by the name of [MLP]Applejack. Called me brother, then shot me down. Claimed I was a pirate on account of the ship I was flyin. Pirate Train, operatin out of Trafalgar. Now, at the time I had nothin in my hold. Far as I knew, it was legal in Bretonia. I told him it ain't illegal. He didn't care. Sometime later he shot down .:j:.Pellet.Privateer for no reason in Humboldt. He was piratin some unaffiliated Junkers. The .:j:.Pellet.Privateer tried to find out what the problem was. He was killed for askin. Didn't even give a warnin to his intent. Shot him down over nothin.

I've been in this chair for a long time. I'm the longest serving chief arbiter by far. As I look back on my career I can see why Vladimir Tinkerbell and Hannibal Bishop left when then did. I should have learned something from them.
I never saw myself as a Junker until Tinkerbell recruited me. That was a different time. We stood for something then.....at least I did, or thought I did. It's all about profit now, and I've made plenty. I've made enough to retire ten times over. In the process of making this much money I've become a lot like those I hated when I got into this business. I set out to stand against those who would crush people for their own gain, and now here I am looking very much like them.
It's time for me to retire. I'll take some time to transfer some assets and make the right things happen, and then I'm setting out to space for good. I'll be around although most of you won't know it. Drop me a line if you're so inclined, I might actually get it.
Those of you that want to hurt Junkers because you don't like me.......well, I imagine you'll continue doing that. I really don't care anymore which is one more reason I need to retire. Knock yourselves out til your blue in the face. You never did catch me and you never will.
Junkers, its been fun. I've enjoyed flying with you all, but this really is for the best. Things are changing. I don't like change. My old ideas just aren't going to fit this new age. You need leadership that will make the Junkers all they could ever be. That's just not me anymore. JT, you've done a find job of leading this mob while I sat at the bar and drank my rum. I'm sure you'll do just as well in the future.
You guys take care of yourselves and keep it in the chanel.
Thanks for the vote of confidence.. not sure its warranted.
Thank you for the fun and good luck out there.
Take care and feel free to fly with us anytime.
I may not have flown with you much but I sure hate to see you go.
But only you know when it is the right time to retire.
Good luck out there, stay safe and drop by a Junker bar now and then to
have a frosty one with the Congress Junkers.
Hawk, you've been an excellent leader and will truly be missed. I appreciate the time and energy you invested making the Congress a fun and interesting place to belong. I particularly admire your ability to tactfully, yet decisively, deal with those who would cause us trouble.
I too am confident that JT will do a fine job. It's been stated before, but let me echo that anytime you get an urge to pick up the colors and fly with us again you are always welcome. I wish you the best in your new adventures brother.
I know times could be better and i'm just a new fella who's joined up the ranks claiming this and that, but i know one thing. When i looked at the Junkers, i did not see profit, or individuals out to kill each other, i saw charisma, a collective of beleifs. People Power, and a hard earned beer 'end of the day!
I do not know what will come of this new age.
The Junkers were a light to me at the end of a tunnel i never thought i would escape, and now i am here.
I have no "mind blowing" ideas but i have the will to execute them, and hold my values close to me, for it is the Junkers that have had the aura of freedom in a galaxy plagued by atrocious beings and corrupted Navy Officers and likely scum.
I only hope the congress lasts longer than me, for i will fight to the death.
i agree change is coming, but perhaps we can refine instead of convert.
PS: i have registered with shibbyx1 in the secure forums, but account does not exist ?
Good luck Junkers, May we all be free, and prosper. Drinks are on the newbie *smiles*

the Congress has been granted permission to ship goods into the Taus from Bretonia. It allows us to ship silver ore mined by the miners at Saltese to Planet Harris, where it can be sold for 15% more then on California. The trip has a risk though, as Tau-31 is controlled and patrolled by the Galic Royal Navy. It is a profitable trip if we ship silver ore to Tau-31, then we bring back MOX from LD-14 to fuel our bases.
