Thats an awfully big leap considering we didn't say a word other than "Hello." To me thats not oppression, thats just saying "F you, I want a kill." Do remember we're trying to have a bit of fun in an RP based faction, if they don't to listen thats fine but at least RP it out with us rather then "Your red, die." If he wanted to stop the Hessian broadcast perhaps he should of targetted the Hessians?

Hello Croft,
I think the situation is simple:
You wanted to RP more. But Grenzoberjäger Petrus Savin began quickly a fight. Although it is sufficient to start a fight, but I do not deny that it was very quickly. In situations like this, it is better to take it one step at a time, you are right. Much RP before a fight begins is desirable. I'll speak with Petrus about it.
Thankyou very much for your feedback and your time.
I'll be in touch with you.
until then:
Sincere regards,
Brigadegeneral Martin Trauer of the Bundesgrenzschutz (BGS) der Rheinland Federal Police
Well, I really don't know what kind of "uber-racist" RP you're doing as I hardly visit Rheinland. This just happened while I was sitting at Oder Shipyard with a Shukensha (aka Renzu liner). That lovely guy showed up and started a hardcore investigation as I should have broken a law...
Trying to ask for the paragraph was ignored and I guess the only reason my ship made it out of there was a Hessian showing up. Though I really have to say it's pretty obvious that the RFP is more than eager to blast IND ships out of space.
On the other hand it's quite funny how the RFP is creative to "invent" their own private laws as my cargo hold didn't contain any contraband at all.
Well, frankly it isn't the RFP but the Chemnitz over and over. Maybe you want to put him/her on a leash with a muzzle for some time... Just a proposal.
For the others of the RFP|, the Bundesgrenzschutz and what not you're flying. Always nice to talk to you.

[17.05.2013 22:07:29] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: A guten abend to you too, sir
[17.05.2013 22:08:14] RFP|Chemnitz: May I ask you for your reason here?
[17.05.2013 22:08:48] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Well, right now? Refueling is the reason for us sitting here
[17.05.2013 22:09:41] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: So, let me rephrase, what will be your destination?
[17.05.2013 22:10:01] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Baden Baden, got a little vacation planned
[17.05.2013 22:10:19] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: Interesting.
[17.05.2013 22:10:26] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Why's that?
[17.05.2013 22:11:14] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: Just for my private business, where you came from?
[17.05.2013 22:11:46] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: From Wall Street Station
[17.05.2013 22:12:08] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: Where is this located?
[17.05.2013 22:12:26] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Our private little system
[17.05.2013 22:12:53] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: So you're refusing informations?
[17.05.2013 22:13:14] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Well, ever heard of Oita?
[17.05.2013 22:13:39] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: Answer my question, IND!
[17.05.2013 22:13:57] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Monroe: Wall Street Station, Oita for god sakes
[17.05.2013 22:14:38] RFP|Chemnitz: And you don't have books there?
[17.05.2013 22:14:56] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: What kinda books?
[17.05.2013 22:15:09] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: Law-books
[17.05.2013 22:15:14] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: Usually its business files, guess some of the employees do have books
[17.05.2013 22:15:26] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: So... what's the law we've broken this time? *he sighs*
[17.05.2013 22:15:49] RFP|Chemnitz: Schulz: JA, YOU HAVE!
[17.05.2013 22:15:58] [IND]Mad.Hatter: Monroe: And that'd be, my dear sir?
Well, in this case I might know why this situation happened.
To my knowledge you had light arms on your vessel. According to some rather outdated paragraph on the inRP laws. Especially this part:
Quote:Article three: Trade regulations
§1. Trading sensitive materials (light arms and military vehicles) requires possession of a registered license. Licensees can be applied for here.
The problem is, the link referring to the licenses is broken since forum change and the licenses outdated. Actually the whole rheinland laws need a serious revision and rheinland lawfuls are working on this.
So, this led to this rather stupid situation in the end. I already talked to that member about this and other stuff so I hope this does not happen again
Regarding the member's RP: Remember, RFP| are a bit of corrupt in some cases according to general lore. This sometimes shows up in the behaviour. It's not about blowing up IND ships just like that, rather a bit of bullying.
So, I suggest you keep this in mind when you see a RFP|. It may not happen all the time, but just make sure you keep it in mind.

Oh boy, thanks for the fast reply. Well, I guess it's been little misunderstanding then. Yes, I have ~20 light arms on the liner fitting just the same amount of Marines as RP cargo. Personal security guards if you want to say so.
It's been just the same with my ex-OSC liner which never had a problem though carrying those items.
I guess it's been more the reason to be held at gunpoint by a cruiser in the end which made the situation a little bit more weird.
Anyway, I'll look forward to other encounters with the RFP. Sadly the law is usually the only parties that care for a little chat.

Corrupt coppers, you'll get used to it in Liberty. So not a problem after all.
After this rather...weird incident, I simply have to ask: What stood behind the RFPs actions when they just popped up in Munich to "intercept" an [AI] convoy. I understand the kinda harsh RP there is in Rheinland and that additionally seemingly everyone is suspicious towards autonomous AIs, but that was just...well.
Especially when we look at the fact that the three transports and its escort where allowed to continue their route by official [RM] pilots, it looks kind of not understandable. Was there a lack of coordination? Some lulzy metagaming or is there actually another reason behind all this?
What I ask for is just some explanation, because dropping ore worth about 130 million sirian credits is not demanded every day. Especially out of nowhere.
Squished bigly ~Champ- Thanks, you're a champ. "What's the word for when it feels inside your heart that everything in the world is all right?"
With the problems that were caused last week in the sigmas, I took notice of your presence and thought you were a few cruisers. Once we arrived we found transports loaded with ore. Had DHC- Finallized your paperwork on such, we would've let you continue on. But I took such within my best judgement as such was not the case. Get your paperwork sorted and everything runs smoothly. Apologies though on your cargo loss.
