Greetings Vice Admiral Rohj,

I will introduce myself, My name is Vimal Kumar who is in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Shipping Incorporation. Well we are sorry for the delay in the payment of the base fee to the Liberty Government, due to some of the misunderstanding between Liberty Trade Shipping regarding the Muroto base we were traveling between Kusari and Gateway Shipping office to meet the Honorable Judges in the Kusari Court.

Well, I don't know how and why the "former CEO" Bruno Gehard accepted a base fee of 30 Million SC when the actual base fee to the Liberty Government referring to the Section Two Articles I of Liberty Law which clearly states that Zone 4 includes Cortez, Galileo, Kepler and Gateway Shipping Inc., base is in Cortez. Thus our base comes under the Zone 4. Further the Law states that for the Zone 4 the basic amount is 15 Million SC and further it mentioned that a Base level fee modifiers will be used based on the Core level of the base and we must multiply that with the Base fee mentioned in the Law. And Ocean Shipping Platform is Core 3, as per the Law Level 3 base must be multiply the Base fee with 1.4

That makes to around 21 Million SC but the amount you have requested us to pay as Base fee is 30 Million SC, if my area of knowledge is less in the above said matter, please forgive me and enlighten my knowledge. Also would like to know when the last date for the "Base Fee" payment, so that next month the statutory fee won't be paid late.
