I launched from New Berlin today and picked up broken communications from what appeared to be a pirating attempt. I didn't have anyone on scanners, so my first guess was around the Sigma-13 jumphole. Not 10k from New Berlin I found two Adv. Trains fighting a Corsair gunboat. Confident that the joint fire from my Wrath and the trains would suffice I engaged the pirate vessel.
It's shields were subduing to our combined fire. The pirate then sent a distress signal to two Red Hessian ships from the RHA that were in the area. Those ships responded and moved to fight me. With the traders gone to Sigma-13 and me occupied with the Hessians, the pirate left the fight and moved to Sigma.
The Hessians ([RHA]Kaspar.Meisnerr [Odin] and [RHA]Leopard [LH GS]) were flying an Odin and a Lane Hacker gunship. We were fighting in open space and then I did my best to bring the fight to the asteroid field. That greatly diminished the gunship's effectiveness against me and then I had more freedom to engage the fighter in a more aggressive stance. Still, eventually the gunship scored some well placed shots that combined with the fighter's fire were slowly corroding my reserves. The Hessian fighter too was being pounded by me, but I started to wonder if I'd be able to down it before my own Wrath gave in to the combined fire.
A pair of Bounty Hunter ships entered the area and offered assistance. Outnumbered and outgunned as I was, I accepted the help and in time the gunship was down and the fighter ran away.
I hate to say it, but it appears we have another rogue RH battleship in our hands. The ship is identified simply as Max_Payne. Apparently, the individual commandeering it also fly a RH bomber identified as Gordon_Freeman.
The rest of my patrol was quiet without any major developments.

I launched today from New Berlin and joined a force of 4 ships commanded by Admiral Hiltraud. It also included Capitan Schprokets, Corporal Krieger, and Lance Corporal Quentin.
A pirate gunboat designation "Black.Pearl" was detected in system, we moved to engage, but the Pirate voluntarily submitted into custody. As we were affecting the capture, a Zoner Destroyer tried to engage our prisoners ship. After being warned to dis-engage, the Zoner was destroyed.
After that, Corporal Krieger and I escorted the captive to Brandenburg Station, where he was taken into custody.
At this point, the outcast Maria Bandaras was identified near Bonn Station. Corporal Krieger and I regrouped with the rest of our force. Unfortunately in my eagerness to get the Outcast, I made a critical mistake. I saw the Outcast heading for the trade lane, and moved to disrupt it, at which point she cut her engines and hit me with a supernova and an inferno, taking out my Shields and penetrating my hull. I was able to eject, and was picked up by one of our vessels. I was returned to New Berlin and sent straight to the medical facilities. I had taken some shrapnel to the leg, the the Doctor assures me I will be back in the cockpit in a day or so, just need to let the sutures set.
My apologies for the damage to my new Wraith, I let the desire to stop her from escaping, I left my ship vulnerable, a mistake I shall not make again, I assure you.

Command,
I have the joy of today reporting my first kill in the service of the Chancellor. Herr Quintan and I came upon an artifact smuggler id'ed as OTC_Zeus. He was ordered to halt and drop his shipment for destruction, but instead decided to run. We set upon him, and he was stripped of his shields, we gave him another chance to drop his cargo, which he didn't respond to, and we set upon him again, and this time I was fortunate enough to get the fatal shot. The Artifacts were promptly destroyed by my guns. Unfortunately like black box was damaged in the encounter and as such don't have visual record of the encounter.
Addenduim: Later in my patrol, I came upon a LPI Id'ed and tagged Raven's Talon in New Berlin today. The ship designated "Scam" was ordered out of the system. He meandered his way into hamberg, where he docked at Alaster shipyards. At this point, I felt the risk of espionage was to great and destroyed the ship, I found Rheinland ship schmatics in his hold when I tractored them in.
On a better note, I was able to save 2 images from my old Black box, and though I should foward them both for the record, my first 2 kills for the Chancalor.

I had barely cleared the planet when I saw a Corsair Gunboat, named Viva_Ricardo, approaching New Berlin. I warned all ships in the area not to approach the Planet and issued an alert to the command center requesting backup. Matrose Weiler came to my aid and together we managed to destroy the ship.
Later we were joined by Hauptgefreiter Schwartz and another Corsair Gunboat, this one named Korsaren-spidi approached New Berlin. As we attacked, the ship tried to avoid us moving towards the Stuttgart jump gate, but it never made it there.
As both Hauptgefreiter Schwartz and Matrose Weiler left, Matrose Richter and after Matrose Gauss joined me. Matrose Richter was yet to fully outfit and register his Wrath, so I was supervising his progress. As Matrose Gauss reported in, he warned me about a disobedient Liberty fighter in New Berlin moving to Hamburg. I moved in to aid Gauss in Hamburg, but he was successful in dealing with the ship before I reached him.
As we were returning from Hamburg, a Liberty Rogue ship, identified Keith1977 passed us by. The ship was moving towards one of the jump holes to Frankfurt. As I followed it closely, I ordered Gauss to proceed through the trade lanes and circle around through New Berlin in case the ship was directed to our capital.
As we entered Frankfurt, the ship tried to lose me going through the minefields there to no avail. As it moved cruised towards the jump gate to Sigma-13, a full salvo from an engine kill made shortened his trip.
Both Matroses returned to base and I was again alone in New Berlin. Two Corsair fighters (Titans), identified F.L.T-Breakbeat_Queen and A****ana attacked me. I managed to destroy the first ship and then the other fled the system.

It is with great satisfaction that I fill in this report today. Apart from guaranteeing New Berlin's safety during the day, I must present detailed descriptions of two successful actions taken by our military this afternoon.
I was commanding Matroses Richter and Gauss when two Hessian pirate ships showed up in the area. Frans-Schumacher and Mikhail.Todsturm in a Hessian bomber and an Outcast bomber respectively. Both equipped with the dreaded Inferno cannon and nuclear mines combination. I'm more than glad to report that we destroyed one of the ships while the other fled outmatched.
Obergefreiter Quentin and Hauptgefreiter Schwartz joined us afterwards. The infamous Hessian Cruiser Varyag was picked up on scanners in Dresden. Herr Victor Remond was in the area. We organized our forces and flew to Dresden for a swift strike at the enemy. The strike mission was successful. And all pilots returned to New Berlin unharmed.
I'd like to take this opportunity to praise our new pilots dedication and commitment, and to point out that all three Matroses (Weiler, Gauss and Richter) are eligible to become Gefreiters of the RM.

Command,
Another vile Hessian bites the hypothetical dust. I was flying on Corporal Soporiv's wing, when he detected a Red Hessian Army [RHA] ship in Dresden. We quickly made our way there, I through the Jump Gate and the Corporal through the Jump Hole. We systematically searched the system with no luck, but luckily as we made our way back to the Jump Gate, the Hessian started boasting of his conquests over the public comm channel. Playing a hunch, I went for Vogland, feeling that was where he'd be heading. When I got into range of Vogland, I saw a small blip on my radar. There he was, a RHA bomber designated [RHA] Dietrich.Rikhard. I radioed my position to Herr Soporiv, and not wanting the Hessian to get away, I engaged. With the advantage in agility on my side, I got in behind him and stayed there. It was evident the pilot didn't know much beyond jousting, and was unable to shake me, nor get around to fire on me. As my honipvers turned his shields and amour into swiss cheese, he began to circle Vogland in an attempt to give the stations turrets a chance to fire on me. Alas, the Hessian station is weak and their gunners are obviously nearsighted, as they were unable to put even a single shot on me. I continued on the Hessian, and inevitably, he was destroyed.
I was sitting in the hanger with the techs when the system warning alarm sounded. I launched in my wraith to find Maria Banderas at the Sigma JH, I procceded there, but she retreated through. Instead of returning to th eplanet, I decided to camp out by the tradelane for a while. Much to my satisfaction, about 5 mins later, she jumped back thorugh in pursuit of a trader and his escort. I jumped her quickly as the traders escort laid down cover fire to stop her from escaping. I quickly gained the upperhand and stripped her of her inferno. She inevitably sucumber to the escort and my combined fire. My only regret was that the escort got the kill shot. Although, in lew of that I was able to take home quite a trophy of the battle. Upon docking and checking my cargo hold, I found that I had tractored in Marias Inferno cannon. Quite a trophy indeed.

"Friends in RM,
The other night I was helping Otto Gauss keep people safe in New Berlin. We noticed a [T]SpitFire-ExpreSS[T] in Dresden. Herr Gauss informed me that this trader was banned from Rheinland due to failure to comply with RM orders.
We intercepted this trader as he was heading to the S13 JH. He refused orders to stop and ultimatly sundived rather then let the RM search his vessel. Somehow he survived and started threatening me. I, of course, ignored him.
Some time later a notorious TBH member started talking to me and he let an interesting tidbit slip.
SpitFire-ExpreSS was the only trader I had dealt with all night. I would be on the lookout for this trader in the future."
Walking the corridors, a young Lieutenant finds one of the guards lying unconscious near an open door.
The Lieutenant wakes the guard, "What are you doing sleeping on the job?"
The guard replies, "Wah? I ... I wasn't sleeping sir." He rubs the back of his neck.
Suddenly the guard's eyes open wide ... "The prisoner! No ... he cannot have escaped!" He peers down the corridor and notices all the cell doors on his block have been opened.
*** ALARMS SOUNDING ON BRANDENBURG BORDER STATION ***
The voice of the young Lieutenant screams over Rheinland's emergency channels ... "The prisoner and his crew have escaped!"
A brief silence ... "NOOOOO !!!" A single gunshot echoes ... all communications with Brandenburg Border Station go dead silent.

As I was overseeing Matrose Schwarzkopf while he proceeded with registering duties of his ship and first duty missions to the Rheinwehr, I noticed a ship clearly avoiding us as it approached the tradelanes' crossing outside of Planet Stuttgart. The ship was cruising towards the jumphole to Dresden. I moved to intercept and hailed the ship.
The ship was identified as the ScornStar and was a Zoner destroyer. It refused orders to stop, but cut cruise engines, which allowed me to approach it. As I came by, I detected it was carrying a number of pilots in its hold, including military and police personnel from other Houses, civilians and bandits. I demanded that it released the lawful pilots and it refused at first. Whatever it was that was contacting me didn't quite sound human and stated that those people were its sustenance. I figured the commander of the ship was transporting those people to collect bounties. When I specified that I required the lawful pilots only, it agreed and transfered me those. I let the ship proceed then to Dresden.
I left Matrose Schwarzkopf to his duties and returned the former captives to New Berlin. Something about those people was odd and I required that the medical personnel stood by to check on those people upon my arrival.
When I finally landed my Wrath and looked at the pilots I've rescued, I was shocked. Some of the people were lobotomized, some others had strange markings, but all of them were in terrible psychological conditions. The few who were able to give any account of what they had experienced on board the ship, babbled nonsense about "the ship", referring to it as a living being, experimenting with them, eating them. Given their mental state, from all I've heard, I couldn't make out anything close to a report of what really happened to them on board.
When the thing that contacted me said the people on board were it's sustenance, I figured it meant monetarily. I thought those pilots would be taken to prison and the bounties on them collected. Now I fear I've made a mistake letting the ship slip through my fingers with the pirate pilots. I suggest that this ship be stopped by all means, no matter its claims, should it ever enter Rheinland space again. Whatever whoever it is that controls it, must be doing inhumane things to its captives.

Very soon after the completion of outfitting my Wrath with Fregattenkapitan Krieger, there was a trader by the designation of "The One And Only Rage" who would not comply with orders to halt for a simple cargo scan.
The trader docked on New Berlin and was at first fined. He was repeatedly instructed to undock and pay his fine by several Military Officers. Due to his failure to comply, he was labeled as KoS. His ship was later destroyed by Fregattenkapitan Krieger trying to escape the system.
Later, I helped assist Vizeadmiral Freelamen, Fregattenkapitan Kreiger, and Gefreiter Gauss in Frankfurt to hunt down 2 Bundschuh craft. The Vizeadmiral proceeded to take one of them on her own, as the rest of us chased the other one. The one that the three of us chased tried to lose us by heading for the nearby radioactive minefeild near Mannheim Station. I delivered the finishing blow before it entered the field.
We then proceeded to assist the Vizeadmiral with her target, which had gone through the minefeild and entered a jumphole that led to the Hamburg system. The target ran back to Frankfurt via the same jumphole. It was quickly dispatched, as it's hull did not last long in the intense radiation of the field.
Later, after finishing the construction of my Bomber, we spotted a trader vessel designation "lsf-transit", which was hauling illegal artifacts to the dresden system. It failed to comply with our orders to halt, so we fired on it. After severely damaging it's hull and many of it's systems, the captain of the vessel wisely decided to give up his cargo, and was fined 2 million Sirius Credits for failure to comply with a direct order from a Military Officer. The trader gave us 18700, so they are still endebted to the military.
