Just talked to the bartender on Glasgow outpost, he said:

Mollys are bounty hunting gaians for bowex and fighting them on glasgow?

I also talked to a BAF pilot on Battleship York, and he gave me the Bartenders dialouge about how he couldn't give refugees tabs.

CAP SHIP PROBLEMS

Hi All,

I have noticed that in the very short time that I have actually been playing 4.85-4.86 that I see some problems with the Capital Ships and the GoTo or Dock commands. Specifically, the ships seem to wobble while in either mode... Very Annoying. I am currently running the Liberty Assault Carrier and I am also having problems with incompatible technology... I went from a Dreadnaught to the Carrier and had the same problems in regards to the wobble, but the incompatible tech thing baffles me, I don't know what is causing the message, but its throwing my power off. I'm running Cap Ship Armor, Battleship Shields, Battleship turrets...

Grrr

this crap is spoiling my fun...

The wobble thing has been that way forever, you can basicaly ignore it, just zoom out on turret mode and you wont notice it, dont think theres gonna be a fix soon.

As for incompatible technology, your ID must match your tech, So what ID, ship, and Guns do you have? Here is the tech chart: http://discoverygc.com/wiki/techcompat_table.php

Ok, I get it... I'm at 75% because of my ID (Freelancer ID) So I want Neutral ID instead. Now how do I get FLHook to cooperate? I've tried to make myself a superuser and FLHook says I don't exist... WTF??? FLHook needs a GUI for those of us who are NOT programmers because I'm not sure what I'm doing with this thing.

As for the wobble... It didn't exist in 4.84, because I was running Battlewagons and Dreadnaughts and never had a problem with either the GoTo or Dock commands in those ships. I think that there was a major change with the Cap ships in regards to how they moved through asteroid fields between 4.84 and 4.85. For example, in 4.84 when I entered an asteroid field in a Cap Ship on cruise mode, I would start bouncing around the asteroids pretty badly, and would have to shut down the cruise engines in order to navigate the field. In 4.85, I noticed right away that the Cap ship behaved differently in the asteroid field while in cruise mode, and the ship tended to stop from a speed of 350 to 0 when hitting a rock instead of bouncing off and careening around... So MAYBE some of those changes are responsible for the wobble... I'm not an expert, I'm just reporting what I'm seeing...
