While this is not a discussion, and I guess we both agree on that it is too big, and I didn't see your post before, so I just replied to Jack, I must say that it is still a HEAVY Cruiser - considering that the Rheinland Cruiser just as well goes up against the Liberty ships, the GRN cruiser CAN be compared to it, even if around two edges. I put in two other heavy CRUISERS, because they are also a bit oversized and to show that even against them the GRN cruiser is way bigger.
And I think ships of one class should be somewhat comparable to each other.
Obstinate is being discussed. Vote's still out to give it Battlecruiser stats (and weapons) and keep the big model (as intended by the designer) or downsize it.
Zoner ID/Bison at 10% is working as designed. Bison is a Liberty ship. Not a true civvy one.

============== Tartarus Pulse Cannon ==============
Due to power consumption of 10401 it's unusable by all HF/VHF hybrids like Hyena/Loki and even by low-tier VHFs like Sabre
I'm not sure that there is some reason behind this. For example, Inferno Pulse Cannon can be used even by HF.
Aet: This is by design. That weapon is meant to be paired with the Werewolf and other SHFs.

That would make sense, but then Gallia lacks a cruiser - which they need.
I'll leave it for the Devs to decide, not like I could influence it anyway unless I could make a new cruiser model, which I can't. Just that I'd totally go for a GRN cruiser, if they had a decent ship of that class and I feel like Gallia is more of a "heavy cruiser"-house.
The Praefect was always supposed to excel with arcs. I'll have another look at its arcs and maybe buff that up to keep variety. Storta will be evaluated later.
Arcs are nice and fine, but the Vidar and the Rheinland Cruiser have both decent arcs while having better armor and being more agile (not even mentioning size).
I'm not asking for a major agility bump, just suggesting to make the ship equal in agility to the Vidar. A bit better arcs (Vidar has horrible arcs downwards) make up for the lesser armor, hopefully.
And both the Storta and Thanatos have a good turret count, yes, but agility makes up a major part of the defense in this game, sadly. Even the many turrets they have aren't of too much use, when they run out of energy too fast for them to be useful - they are both medium cruisers. Here as well: I'm not suggesting an agility bump to light cruiser levels, I think they'd do fine around Vidar to Rheinland Cruiser levels. Thanatos a bit slower than the Vidar, Storta faster.
Besides that, I hope my other notes will be somewhat considered as well over time.
============== Council Freighter Tarvos ==============
She has a pretty small cargo hold compared to other freighters, 370. Ships of similar firepower like the Correo have 520. Other freighters have holds ranging from 400-600. Also both the Tarvos and the Correo only have 2 guns that can fire directly backwards, from what I can tell most of the other freighters have a lot more than that.
After some tests with Geb in practical combat, I have few issues that might be neccesary to take a look at.
Light slots: They are swarming en masse bottom of the ship only, leaving upside very vulnerable.
Primary/medium slots: They were given very unnusual location, clustered in the very single place with limited arcs. None of them can actually fire backwards and two clip through the model with their barrels.
Heavy slots: except comical effect with how cerberus cannon looks on such thin wings, there is no balance concerns here.
Still terrible rear archs, 2 to back/sides makes this thing bait for... anything. Especially coupled with it's heavy GB turn rate yet medium GB core. It no longer has a "buggy" hitbox which was the reason for it's agility nerf, and now it's like a slow, easy to hit, can't defend itself slug.
Suggestion: Either up it's core/archs or increase agility.
