To: Trafalgar Base Docking Authorities

To whom this may concern.

Today, I was assaulted by a Pirate and his Gaian companion just outside of Trafalgar. Now I know everyone has got to make a living, and under normal circumstances I would have shared my wealth, but these two jokers had the audacity to use Trafalgar as a staging point to pirate Junkers, and that offended me.

I would like you to do something about it, poison their drinks next time they set foot on Trafalgar, sabotage their ships or simply just disallow them docking rights.

I have collected a bit of information, some of it irrelevant to the matter at hand in itself, but supports the fact that this "Ragadozo" bozo was docking at Trafalgar, where I moments earlier made a documented credit transfer from inside the station.

While we are at it, do you have any specific group or individual you can recommend for a bit of wetwork? These two jokers should be easy to handle, so a discount killer will do just fine. I'm on a budget, but I'm a man of my word.
