By the way when I was working as escort to USI transport we successfully avoided those 3 pirates sitting in that very place at the last weekend. Morale - hire escort, escort costs much less - I'm usually going for 50-100k for 1 system we pass + bonuses from employer if he sees my work is successful.
2) It depends on the situation and as always will be considered on a case by case basis. A good guideline is no more than 1/3 the value of the cargo. Keep in mind:

- Battletransies and 5K transies are allergic to Novas. No CM means unless they turn a lot, the Nova is a guaranteed hit, and it's range is way outside of the transport guns.
- Small transies don't have the punching power to withstand a SNAC barrage. 'Though granted, you may need to tagteam if the transie has a smaller shield that rebuilds faster.
Yea, you can't easily take them out with a fighter, but bomber versus transport - provided you have the right arament - is a no contest. Novas will, on repeated hits, take out equipment too.

I disagree, many times on many different transports I've shot novas only to see them do little to no damage on the ships Hull. SNACs are better for hitting transports st least.

Global Moderator Pavel, check out the currently effective rules and find the 0.0 Rule there.
Fact that 0.0 was removed doesn't mean unwritten "don't be male genital part to others" rule isn't enforced. That'd be against spirit of the rules and atmosphere we want to create on that server.

I can show you proefficient usage of Bomber, if you bring transport into Conn.
