Ladies and Gentlemen this message is intended to serve as notification that as of 2300 hours on 7/23/818 measures were taken to allow the activation of the asset known as 'Crossbow'. This asset is intended to aid us in intelligence operations abroad, and in a limited capacity within The Republic as well. Should any of you encounter 'Crossbow', stay out of it's way.
Crossbow is not the standard operative type that many of you have likely worked with in the past. This asset has been instructed to do whatever is necessary to maintain it's cover identity to the outside world.

This mission will resume progress in the coming weeks, contact with "Crossbow" has been re-established. Any of you privy to information surrounding the goals, objectives, and nature of this mission, should instruct those under your command to be wary of encountering our field assets.
Our assets will spare no effort to keep their identities intact, and they will not avoid confrontation with Naval pilots if their hand is forced. Operational identification codes will be distributed to you in person during our next face to face briefing, so that you might know our assets when you encounter them.
You are not under ANY circumstances to distribute these codes to your subordinates or keep any record of them after our meeting takes place.
