Since zoner's are more like freelancers can he do that?

hello there, im no expert but I spend most of my time manning my small zoner faction, so ill try to help

as far as I know: [oracles with more knowledge than myself pls correct me if im wrong ]
This zoner cannot just deny you for shooting NPC transports and such,

however as soon as you pirate a player within 5k of Bethlehem he as the right to enforce the No Fire Zone as established in role play by the major zoner factions and shoot you if you refuse to stop hostilities while inside the no fire zone

and however for camping you outside the station I do believe that's a no no so he could get told off for that, if he is still there ill try talking to him and explain

then I do believe he can only enforce the NFZ at the time he catches you, he cant just hound and camp you "because he don't like you" there has to be valid Role play behind every attack or combat and it also has to be within the server rules too

Hello this is the pilot of (\^/)Lamia, hope I helped to clear some things up involving the events outside of Bethlehem yesterday. Here are a list of server rules that pertain to what happened.

2.1 System and local chats are to be kept in roleplay and in English at all times. Any OOC (Out of character) chat should be marked with " // " and only used when absolutely necessary. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time. This pertains to the system chat for yesterday, when you were trying to figure out what was going on. So just try to make sure you avoid OOC in system chat and try to do it via private comms.

3.1 Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

This should help to clear up when another player attacks you.

3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.


3.4 Fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while you are in range of the ship you were fighting counts as PvP death. Trade vessels are exempt from this rule. Both of these rules pertain to when you docked at Bethlehem. So if you do dock during a fight log another ship somewhere else and just wait it out (unless your transporting goods) you where technically flying a transport ship but I have seen reports by admins that dictate "How the ship is being used" is if its a transport I.E. Pirating in a transport is pirating and not trading so you would follow the normal PvP rules.

On a final note: Most Zoner stations do have a 5k No fire zone around them. This is not a server rule but an inRP rule set by Zoners and enforced by them as well. So just leave the area you will be docking at (Bethlehem for this one) and avoid pirating Zoners in the area. If you pirate Zoners and they see you docking at a Zoner station, they will get mad and come after you. And with this if you encounter a Zoner in an Official faction they can use faction right 5 to lower your rep with the NPC faction they are with to hostile levels so you cannot dock at their stations.
