A bit on color coding in that image: red means systems with most updates, yellow - moderate to few, but still noticeable, white - nearly as they were, green are new.
Screenshots of actual systems will come a bit later.
As to what will be this or that system - let's have a bit of mystery for now. I'd like to leave enough for people to discover in the game as opposed to knowing everything before update is even published (kills whole fun of exploration).

Why is Omicron Major (inside) light blue? Or is that system still inaccessible?
Ah, forgot to mention: blue denotes special type of a system. Accessing it will be a quest on its own. Though given time constraints and it might not be available immediately in omicrons update though.
When can we expect those changes to happen? Will it be part of the current 4.87 version or the next 4.88?
I believe the omicrons already suffered enough in 4.86 and not to mention almost none changes in 4.87. It might have caused irreversible changes to the playerbase in that area, while in the beginning of 4.86 people still logged in there every now and then for the good old times sake. But in time there was no real reason to have a character there...

It'll be for current 4.87. I don't have a release date right now because a whole bunch of stuff gets deleted too and that means running necessary maintenance procedures. There is a lot of work to do still.

Full server load is 225 players..so if we have all 225 players on line at same time
it would still be like 1.6 players per system (current 0.3)
I would suggest to delite all empty systems.
Also some other players suggested to merge some systems....just do it.
Soo please, less systems = more encounters = more fun.
