This is a brilliant idea, these mini events but I'd like to see a bit more time before you say the event will start. Giving it one hour is quite short for some people

Ye. Agreed.
We were forced to put the claim there fast because the ingame moves of Rheinland made me believe that they were trying to do something similar. So... the event was kind of... forced, too.
Anyway, yes.
I will try to improve that part. It's valid criticism.
Let's play Wild West as Corporations! Not as small factions that are governed by a House government.
Not so much as "Okay, we are the nice kids of big Momma and we ask the Government for direction before we act", but... kick the shit yourself, go and just do it.
Do you think the big explorers/conquerors of colonies that named territories after themselves asked for direction at home? They went out to become famous and to serve their country in their own way.
Corporations, come on!
Be more daring than "We ask mother for permission".
You can't lose anything, nor win anything real.
It is stupid O9 that (in reality) no one really cares for as there is nothing.

Not just pews. They are not too much fun.
At least I enjoy the rp better.
Had Kruger| transports bring in goods for the Freeport 101. That really got me off guard, as we share a point to stage from now... our first things we have in common and that we need to preserve together. Fucked up situation, damn cool.
The Order-IMG banter, while we ofc will have to fight side by side vs. the alien threat.
That stuff.
Of course there is pew. It's good and necessary.
But I do not see the main focus on corps shooting each other, even though it can (and likely will) happen at some point.
But look at Western movies. Cowboys and ranchers would shoot it out sometimes. When the bad Indians come, they would help each other just to screw each other up again later.
Lawlessness is the point. And getting what you want in a lawless arena.
Is it really true that no other corporation would feel like challenging the IMG claim in O9 or lay claim to the free parts?
Is it really only Order, Wilde and BHG Core that showed interest of doing some conflict rp in that great arena?
I am still up to include any party that wants to come in... but slowly I start questioning myself what it would take to involve the key players that should logically be a part in the conquest of a new system.
