Fix this.

I imagine this extends to other Gallic IDs as well.

And no, it is not the engine plugin, because my gunboat has 10% as well.

All of the ships that I checked are puretech.

Because we needed to nerf engines and scanners, instead of fixing nerfs and how people can dock on stationary miners at the fields.

Confirmed for GRP, GMS, Maquis and Brigand IDs.
No nerf on GJ Salvager.

Should be fixed now.

Turns out it was just a typo, and it wasn't the engine nerfing the ship, it was the CD.
