Due to the legitimate complaints from the community and, quite frankly, a bad call on our part, the following bases will be moved:
Hoover Bases were to be moved only if a change in the mod left them in a hazardous location. Your reasoning for requesting the move to West Point had nothing to do with any changes to the Mod, but only that it was found to be redundant sitting next to Long Island.
This is insufficient reason for moving your base. Where ever a base is built, there it will stay. The Admins made a mistake in moving your base originally and we apologize to you and the community for that.
Rayburn & Cookie Central You both built your base off plane, and once built, had it moved to a prime traffic location. The problem with this, is that if the community knew your bases would be where they are, they may have tried to stop them from being built. As it stands now, they were never given that opportunity. They will be kept at the same location as they sit currently, but moved to the same plane level as before.
In the spirit of fairness for you two: We know that you may not have selected these locations if you thought your bases would be moved to the original plane levels. Therefore, if you wish to name a location in your respective systems, we will consider it, as long as you are aware the bases will be back to their original plane levels. Hoover, since your base is already at the original plane level, you will get no such consideration.

Try again.

...Better?
Anyway, on topic. This is a good example of the Admins listening to what the community says, and acting on it when they can and when it's justifiable. So I applaud you, and hope that the community see's this as proof that they are listened to more often than they realize, instead of the stereotype that they never listen/do anything.

Eh I find it kinda hard to applaud it when admins (or anyone else) makes a mistake and actually corrects it, that should be a given and not something to go "wow good job" over.
Admins do lots of other important stuff that we should all be thankful for on a daily basis, but to say "thank you" for this of all things is just meh.
EDIT: Don't get me wrong, it's nice that admins fix their own mess; but I would much rather prefer that fewer half-baked decisions rolled out of the admin office altogether, and I will reserve my "thank you" until then.
Hey, give credit where credit is due. It wasn't so much saying "Wow, good job!" over a mistake they made and them fixing it, but it was more to call attention that "hey, they do listen to the community" since as of late, majority of threads have been bashing Admins/Dev's.
