Yet again im back from a stint oversea's and this argument is still going on *chuckle*

Lets put it in a nice possible way, i have my reservations on hind sight that yes we wont be accepted for several good reasons.

However last year we had a bit of fun, dont say none of you didnt!!!

Who became official off our back...lets see the AI...Solar Runner tried to but failed due to being none-zoner *chuckle*

The conclusion last year is still the same as it is now!

In the end whether ZA becomes official or not....it still exsists regardless of nay sayer's and would be trolls.

There are so many Non-official groups and Official groups who by in large are all mixed, people can say this character is mine in say the Order and my other one is in OSI/Phoenix etc will i be neutral in one and not in the other???

Look at who Judges, the one's who by inlarge are all in the same pool or group of players(Skype Massive).

Its little wonder why when faced with a group not in their click they wail and cry!

So really if you have a positive comment then please make it.

If not we heard your voice before and we'll ignore you for what you are, bleating sheep.

No, not still going on. Tel posted a re-write and this is the reply of the community on the poorly written re-write which is still powergaming (and that is against rule 1, article 1.6).

I had no fun "roleplaying" with the ZA. Not with you lot supplying a sieged base with the weirdest and frankly near or even blatantly rule breaking ship+ID combinations. Not that you lot roleplayed a whole lot, to be fair.
[Edit] I did have fun pewing your base(s), as long as your presence didn't befouled the lovely atmosphere of factions actually RP'ing there.

Well, what do you expect if you keep ignoring the ESTABLISHED LORE behind the Zoner lore and just keep powergaming without actually listening to some who tried to educate you on the matters of metagaming, powergaming and so on.

I never wanted to be a lorewhore, but since you lot keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again, I feel I need to add in my chips. And you can bet your sweet butt you'll never make it to official this way.

Sure, some folks will NOT be able to differentiate between their characters in opposing factions, something which is near impossible to counter, but there are still those who log a character (which has a "opposing enemy" in another faction they're part of) and are able to BE THAT CHARACTER they currently are logging.

Unfortunately, you seem to think that -activity- and a -large- pool of players are the way to go. NO. Quality over quantity, any day, any time. Something the ZA or the Judges in my humble opinion seem to forget and fail to deliver.

There are factions who were received unfriendly and who yet still managed to set a positive response at some point, because they a) listened to the community b) did their best LEARNING from their mistakes.

So really if you have a positive comment then please make it.

I tried to give positive comments last year, only to be laughed/ridiculed/insulted by Tel and other members of the ZA over and over. In PMs, on the forums or Skype. I have no more kindness to give. You are the one to blame yourselves.

At this point the only thing I can say, is get the fun out. You have nothing to bring here apparently that will be anything contribution al to the server and the established roleplay and lore that is guarded by some. Sure, some elitist exist, Skype warriors and so on. But there are also those who try. Unlike you.

I have never once seen actual thought-out RP in-game from the ZA.

I think if there were at least attempts to RP instead of being at war, no rp anymore, some more forgiving members of the community might be able to give a shred of empathy or respect. But as it stands? No. This is just depressing.

The judges have been mentioned, and i feel i have to say:

At least the judges are trying to distance themselves from their previous initial lolwuttery.

This page proves that the ZA arent even trying to better themselves, and just embrace their rule-breaking lolwuttery.

As someone suggested, up this thread, just go the pirate ID if you want to lolwut around.

Couldn't put it any other way really.
ZA has caused so much negativity and drama, some of its' effects are still being felt today: in the form of rule changes, ZA memes and the general stereotyping of Zoner indies.
God forbid if you got offical, your mission statement looks like that you want to drive the Zoner lore and the zoner NPC faction down the toilet.

I am going to hate myself for saying this, but if you really are that desperate for the zoner alliance, in whatever form, to exist, make some original lore for it. Don't piggyback on what's been established, take an entirely new route from 821 A.S. Oh, and be more subtle too; start out with smaller ships, before unleashing your general annoyance onto the community into the form of capships.

EDIT: Since Judges are being mentioned, I feel I should make a statement too.
The Judges took feedback, after an uphill struggle, and applied it to themselves. Sure, they may or not be the greatest faction is Disco, but the fact that they're trying to change is in itself respectable. If you want to look at people for inspiration and, if possible, a role-model, look at the Judges.
