There is a big difference between being offline and deliberately ignoring a question while actively shouting your point of view. Kazinsal refused to acknowledge my question asked during a time of him being active. I've been offline thanks to the wonders of Australian internet. So what the hell am I supposed to rebut?

This sort of thing belongs in flood, if it belongs on the forum at all in the first place.
An entire faction with three official playerfactions is getting ridiculously nerfed over the actions of indies who we were denied the ability to control.
This all happened without consultation or informing the official factions. Also the Devs have been spouting falsehoods when they did say that the Official faction leads were contacted.
Wouldn't you be upset?
No wait. I just realised. Your house should have no ships, you lost them all once verse the GMG and then lost a bunch more in Vanilla.
In no way you are entitled to blame the indies, not once have you actually considered that it may be due to the official brokes. This issue is not something new, I personaly knew about this even before the "ZA" showed up, The ZA didnt exactly contributed in that effect , but official factions have #faction rights, one of them being responsibility to the generic ID, and let me tell you something, each of these factions dont care about the generic zoners - only for themselves. Only when push comes to shove that they complain.

My faction and all other house military and intelligence faction ZoIs got gutted with zero input from our side. Devs then decided to blow the gates between Rheinland/Liberty without anything from our side. We dealt with it. Perhaps you should do the same?
Didn't your original post also talk about how you guys were thinking about leaving?
To put it in simple terms, the infocard was OP, and so it was nerfed. Considering also that the design of the Jinkusu/Nephilim suggest that it is in no way capable of planetary landing without being ripped apart (and there are no canonical instances of this occuring anyway), that line should probably be removed as well.
Not necessarily... If you could provide adequate retro-thrust while descending at a non-orbital (geostationary) speed relative to the planet you would be able to make a slow non violent planetfall. (all theoretical of course)
And who says that shielding technologies have not advanced to the point that allows the shields to take the brunt of atmospheric re-entry? I mean, even though gameplay-wise your hull is damaged regardless of shielding when you enter a planet's atmosphere I'm sure that technologies would have been developed for this to be possible.
Erm you both seem to have forgotten that there is both a Rusian space shuttle and an American one - in fact the American one is getting retired and several new ones have been developed and had successful tests. Logically this would suggest that since multiple designs for this sort of vessel at the current tech level in real life are in existence then there should be some more advanced versions about.
Also don't forget "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic" Arthur C Clarke.
