Make the Arrow a real interceptor

Greetings.

I was looking at the Arrow LF on the other day, and saw it was classified as an interceptor. It is small, agile, very lightly armed, but I think it does not really fit as a real interceptor, becuase it has normal cruise/thrust speeds.
My suggestion is: modify the cruise and thrust speed (and even the cruise charge time), so the ship would be able to intercept and catch any kinds of ships, even LFs, and from a larger distance.
Something like this:
cruise charge time reduction;
increased cruise speed, like around 415 or 430;
increased thrust speed, like around 225 or 250;
other balance modifications to compensate this (ideas welcome).

This way, this ship could have a real specialized purpose, and could get a wider use.

I agree on the lower shield and Hull, but adding a huge hitbox would make it pretty useless, no matter how fast.

Dont have to decrease the hull and sheild. Its already fragile as it is.

Did they just reduce the speed? It used to get 399 didn't it? I agree it should have the speed, and since its so light throw on a missile slot!

basically, all LFs are interceptors. so, buffing 1 ship alone wont work, as it will induce 'bias' fights.

Secondly (on topic) I agree loose the guns and gain additional cruise speed.
