I'm going to legitimately question if you have read anything but the OP. I think many people before have stated good reasons.

Alternating between the ships of your character placed on different stations is just as much as ooRP, and that seems generally accepted. A beam command would just be a short-term cheaper alternative to creating a set of characters for each important hotspot.

Pirates can move to hotspots, cooldown and fee could be adjusted for a barge to have it cost 250M. That'd make barge jumping after an ore run basically unprofitable. I don't see the problem.
You do realize that the same way lawfuls can use the command, unlawfuls can use it too? If there's something going on, both can go to the hotspot, thus generating activity without having to travel 30+ minutes or creating a character at dozens of bases to achieve the same.
this idea would support spamming of ships in the system were the war is going also destroys the idea of Jumpdrive , why i would not support this is
Consider a fight of 5 vs 5 battleship somewere in leeds the BAF and GRN think of it as an fair fight and they start fighting after some RP then some random guys jump into their GRN battleships and make it as 10 vs 5 fight which would be annoying also it could also support to do this a pirate misses a guy can dock in the nearest station type /go to base near trader undock and pirate him again
considering the pirate has bomber and has to spend only 3 millions to move the ship and he can easily pirate the trader for 10 more millions

You can already do the same by just having the ships readily available docked at Leeds or whatever is closest to the battlefields with most popularity.

You can already do that by creating multiple chars. Imagine having a hessian that's docked in Stuttgart, pirates you there and another docked in Omega-5, flying to Cambridge and pirating you there again. There's no actual difference.

Acutally Pepole will prefer to rather have one ship than 10 docked in 10 bases , 10 VHF's with au8= 100 millions
1 vhf +au8 = 10 millions lets say the jumping costs is 5millions for 10 times he spends like 50 millions and pirates 10 guys 10 millions each so that is 100 millions 100 -50 =50 Instead of loosing a 100 million he gains a 50

suppose the battle takes place in NL lets say for an instance the time taken for a Battleship to move from 1 system to another sytem getting struck in tradelanes and JG annoying np'cs = 7 mins . In that 7 mins that battle could be over one side could have won it before the reinforcement arrives
it would be sort of balanced if
lets say that there will be some time taken for transferring the ship from one place to another like 180 seconds for going to NL TO Dublin using the command
