If a person can join two official factions, a person can lead two.
Look at Altie for example.
Also, much easier to get some SRP going that way. And different goodies.
I did lead 3 official factions and a unofficial Unioner faction for about 2 months.
Now I simply have all my fingers dipped into everyones pies (Kaz, yours is particularly tasty )
As for Dark Wing, drop the name man. When I see it now, all I see is one trying to animate into Disco a favourite cartoon character and you're killing him. Really.
Go back to Rheinland. I do not know why you have left it. Or maybe make a BHG Core character (if they can still raid the Order, the Corsairs and the Nomads and maybe the Outcasts occasionally) - they are quite deadish and their RP is similar to yours. Omicron domination and things.
I'm running my second official faction now but how anyone can deal with running more than one at the same time, is beyond me.
Anyway, change your tag, your lulzy attitude and perhaps your hasty wishes to reach officialdom and you might get there at some point in the future before Disco dies...maybe.
It is possible though, I mean look at JM. It's run by Lyth. Lyth for christ sake and they're doing pretty well as far as unofficial factions go.
I think a generic Pirate ID would work better for you guys. Ally with who you wish, but I don't think that the HF and RH IDs and Factions suit your ideals.
As a side note, the Dark Wing tag doesn't really make sense.

Make sure your Lore (and your in-game actions) won't conflict the original Lore of HF, or your chosen faction should you decide to change.
Seeing your latest comms with the HF changed my mind: you better quit making factions, because it seems that everywhere you go you guys have a tendency to dictate terms and conditions towards your surroundings, despite being the most fresh in the area, be it ZA or DW. You can't just walk into the scene for the first time and act like you shat the whole masterpiece when you didn't. You can't just ignore something which is there, regardless if you want it to be there or not. Defiance can easily backfire if you don't know when and where to use, and you don't seem to have learned from your last mistake.Should you pull this move the third time as indie Council to stir up crap and act like bosses I'll eat you for breakfast and crap you out in no time. Capiche? Even changing from Hessians to Hellfire was a borderline ooRP move, don't worsen your status.

Love you really, Lyth.
Love you too bby ^.~
Back on topic, you guys have kind of dug yourselves a bit of a grave with that comm to HF.
I think a further self-rollback may be needed.
Kinda agree with Thyrzul on this one. Sorry for being offensive, but you guys came from nowhere, putting ID without any idea, what goals does this faction has, and even trying to put your rule, over what you had no connection with.
Also, if your faction might be having more players with caps currently, this doesn't means, that your faction is stronger. Your conversation with HF looks like a squad offending batalion.
