I ran into him twice.

The first time in Kyushu while I was waiting for something to pirate on my OC scimitar. If I remember correctly, you managed to talk Camilla into buying some Holo-tainment bands.

The second time I found Malton while he was sitting in front of Manhattan, trying to sell some of his goods. He tried to convince my LPI officer that Concordia was insane.

I thought he was a very amusing character based on a cool concept, and the accent was funny, too. Who doesn't like a salesman in a little Clyde?

Why do I know it was you? Because I'm curious.
