How comes there's no Cryer equivalent in Gallia for us to ship around medical supplies? Human organs are even only sold on Brigand stations! Are Gallics super enhanced by bioengineers at birth or something and therefore suffer no ills, besides all those ills that are stated everywhere in infocards? Is it because Gallia never had any scientists that they were never able to sequence Nox?

But how do Mining and manufacturing could operate without flying in space?
Plus, BMM is corporation, where 51% or more belongs to Bretonia government, not some person. Everything else could be same as any other privat company. They work to gain profit, and should be funded by their own income (idealy).
Health care in Gallia is different way, and I think, it's just right Highland Laddie wroute. Health care being funded by taxes, and completely controled by government. All researches, and other medical facilities are exclusevely property of Kingdom. And I personaly think, it's best way. Every business' base law: Maximal profit, minimal costs. This is not how things should work in health care.
Transporation service could be taken by IDF, which could be paid by subsidiares, or lower taxation in civilian med. Military medicine, and top secreat research is handled by GRN respectively.
And King want to hold lifes of his' citizens himself, and only himself.
There isn't humans in Galia. All their people are blue Pitufos disguised :-P
There is no a large medical service. Could be many small companies or as Highland said could be a public service. Not everyone have to follow USA example.
Is not important.
This user talks little to none english. If you find something wrong tell him.
Another possibility is that aside from "Standard" Meds ( Pain Killers Fever reducers) they don't have a need for such things. Seeing as they are 100% natural on their food sources unlike Sirius who is hooked on Synth. Their bodies do not need as much genetic monitoring as for example an average Sirian who ingests this synthetic Goop.
EDIT: Good job Vulk, you fixed the spelling error. Now my eyes aren't bleeding as much.
Anyway, good point about Government run/tax payed healthcare. Would eliminate the need for such services. Though would be interesting to see in lore/RP how the war is fairing for them, and how they are treating their wounded. DL brought up casualties as a commodity, but you'd think there would be some form of medical care for those who wouldn't make the trip make. New RP potential maybe, for those wanting to start something?
