As Garret said, there's too much bad blood between IMG and Kruger for that type of agreements.
However, I'm not part of that factions, so I can't say for sure.

I actually have to agree with Emile here, IMG| does have that choice through faction rules.
If an indie Rheinland Military faction decides to shoot the Liberty Navy, it's all within canon lore and allowed in ID. If, however, the [RM] high command tells them to cease fire if there is a RP justification for it, (engaging in discussion about cease fire/peace/open borders, for example) they better make damn sure to stop shooting.
If the IMG| wants to uphold neutral/friendly relations to Rheinland, they'd have to stop HH from engaging Rheinland corps with the RP justification of exactly that, good relations with Rheinland.

You didn't read said Faction rule attentively enough.
Faction Right #2 Wrote:Official player factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official player factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to. In case of IDs with multiple official factions, this right is nullified and cannot be used by any of the factions.
Emphasis mine.
The Rheinland - IMG conflict is not part of the IMG canon per se, and therefore HH does not have to follow it if they do not wish to do such.

As John said earlier:
(09-09-2014, 07:30 PM)John Wildkins Wrote: a distinction between IMG| and HH needs to be made both in and out of role play, just as how the actions of, for example, the Congress and the Marauders should not be interchanged.
People blaming all of a faction for one person or group's actions are what help start OORP grudges in the first place.
[HH] is a more militant take on IMG RP, and while Jack could exercise faction rights if they go outside IMG lore, exercising FRs because some people either cant or refuse to see the distinction between the factions (and who want to stir up trouble for IMG|) would be stupid and pointless and which Jack has already said he wont do.

IMG| doesn´t have any tools for that inRPly as well as ooRPly. Are HH allowed to pirate Kruger and Daumann by their ID? Yes, they are. So there isn´t any faction right which can be used to stop them ooRPly.
And inRP? IMG can ask, HH will say no and that´s all, no more options. Unless IMG| will start shoot HH, what is a) stupid and b) probably against rules because HH are acting within borders of their ID and thus playing RP allowed with this ID.
And it would quite lame to blame IMG| for actions of independent group. With this attitude, I can grab few friends, make corporate indie extremist groups and ruin diplomacy of several official factions by using allowed piracy / attacking clauses of rivals which their ID allows. And no one can stop us.
So, during maths class, I thought about some consequences and found that you can't really punish HH for that from the IMG| side anyways. Rephacks from IMG ID would render FR5 useless, forcing them to switch to a different ID is meh.
So the only real consequence would be to let a Rheinland FR5 happen towards that group only when incidents happen.

Hehe thank you to point it out better too.. Its PLAYERS so single players officials have NO case about, because a single player has almost no impact what so ever. BUT as GROUPS or in this case an UNOFFICIAL FACTION does however. These are 2 different things. And if the OFFICIAL faction does not agree with the way they behave and act like the NPC IMG they should use this faction right. Actions have consequences, just saying.

Actually I could, reading here that [HH] is made by much imput of the lead of IMG| and I dare to bet he has an [HH] ship himself. So this whole thing is in my eyes just some coverup. But by all means, just trow a party in Rheinland as [HH].

He had input, because he is an expert on IMG lore and RP. No, he does not have a ship nor is he in the faction chat. So all this claims of coverups and conspiracies is quite funny. Go put your tinfoil hat back on.
