will 4.87 fighter shield bubbles get fixed

humm this is a lazy question and i could probably do some investigation and find out but why not ask those in the know.

will shield bubbles for the new ships of 4.87, like sunrider/suntinga etc, be fixed? should they be submitted as bugs / are they submitted as bugs / etc.? or is this how the ships are supposed to be, like mk3 ships or something?
