Rewrite and rebalance the Pirate ID so that it's actually used for piracy

I doubt that's going to happen, I'm positive that people will return with a jack-hammer as soon as someone tries or lay claim on real estate, Suddenly you'll see people show up like mushrooms. Perhaps that's what myintentions are, to make people capture places and piss off the none-active owners to log, I'm a bit off right now, but I'm sure it makes sense.

I'm realistic, All I'm seeing is threads of do this and do the other while the server suffers - Suggesting to put aside these talks for a moment and go in and have a little fun does seem reasonable to me, But perhaps I'm insane - And if so, My way of thinking indeed does not belong here - And you may carry on discussing endlessly.
