Sirs,
I started my patrol from New London and headed to meet Captain Vimes near Planet Dover. We then escorted a Remnant out of Bretonia, through Manchester. Celestra did cooperate as soon as we pleased him/her to leave.
We two then flew to Leeds. There we met Captain Joshua Copper. We stayed there a little while, but then noticed a Red Corsair on scanners, [RC]Baltizarr. We followed him through one of Leed's smog clouds to New Londen. He started to fight there with us three in a radiation field. Samuel had to retreat after some time due to a system failure in his ship. So Joshua and i were left to fight Baltizarr. Baltizarr died after a while. He didn't recognice, that one of his mines had a software error and targeted him. He was destroyed by his own mine. We went back to New London after this fight, and i'm now reporting it to NSY

Gentlemen,
a nice afternoon today! After paying the Guild Core member [Core]Melbourne for his services, I met up with Constable Grey in order to start a little patrol. As he reported, we succesfully managed to destroy a hostile vessel, the [RC]Baltizarr:
After the fight, we returned to New London, where Constable Higgins just left the planet. I transferred a few credits to his Neural Net in order to help him set up his new Hussar light fighter.
As well, Constable Grey informed me that he is in need of an Mk VIII armour upgrade and a nuclear mine launcher. Another job for the Armoury I guess.

Fine sirs,
I started my patrol today in orbit of planet New London with some fine tea and tasty blue berry muffins.
I did a patrol run in all Bretonia space and everything was quite.
Later that day, the recruit Higgins poped up on my screen.
I hailed him and asked him if he needs any aid in setting up his ship, and as he did, we both moved to the Leeds system to work on his IFF.
As we got there, Constable Lawrence's shift was up so he joined us at Leeds and we started working on Higgins's IFF.
After 2 missions, It was obvious that they could handle the job so i headed to finish up some paper work and for a nice after noon nap before I get back on my second shift //RL thing, then power shortage//.
A couple of Hours later, I returned and found constable Lawernce was out, so I started my patrol and soon was joined by Constable Lawrence as he launched for his second shift.
As Bretonia seemed clear, We headed to the training grounds behind planet New London ans started a training exercise.
Half way through it, we were both contacted by Commander Isaac Brock of the QCR and asked to assist in the defense of Dundee from the KNF invasion.
As Bretonia seemed quite and the time, me and Constable Lawrence joined the QCRF forces and we all made our way to Dundee.
The fight in Dundee was long, and casualties were on inflicted on both side, though in the end, it was 5 ships from our fleet and only 3 from the KNF as they retreated from the battle.
From there, me and Constable Lawrence headed back to the Leeds system to continue our patrol.
While approaching planet Leeds, we noticed a BLS ship flying by, I scanned it and found the pilot was carrying 5 pieces of Cardamine on board.
We opened a comm link to that ship and asked the BLS pilot to stop, he complied and asked for the reason he was being halted, and when told the reason, he stated that a QCO officer told him that carrying 5 pieces or less of Cardi on board is legal in Bretonia.
I asked the pilot to wait while I was logging into the NSY network to check if there is an update to the rule.
While I was doing that, an Outcast ship with the call sign Vince.Piccio[101st] approached the scene, I heard loud breathing over the system broadband channel and then my shields went down.
I quickly engaged my Hussar's control, but it was to late, as a "Mine Proximity Alert" was flashing on my screen. I managed to push the eject button just before the mine hit, with that saving my life.
The blast was so strong it shot my Pod straight for planet Leeds and luckily, I was tractored in just seconds before entering the atmosphere.
I do not know of Constable Lawrence's faith as he engaged the Outcast and by the time the medics were over with me, I couldn't get a hold of him. I hope for the best.
I would like to post a bounty on this Outcast's head:
Vince.Piccio[101st]
Offense: 1. Attacking two BPA officers.
2. Attempted murder of a BPA officer
Bounty: To be decided by high command.
I must say that this outcast seemed a bit odd, there was a lot of static noise and screams coming from his ship.
I would advise approaching with caution.
Well, I'm off for a bit of R&R before i get back out there.

Mr McNab,
as Sir Lauderdale stated, please submit your bounties directly to the NSY Wanted list. We apparently lack a guideline concerning the amount of credits for certain individuals though. This list - processed from the current bounties - should help you:
Bounty for...
Fighters: $ 1,000,000 (more in special circumstances)
Bombers: $ 1,000,000 (more in special circumstances)
Gunboats: $ 2,000,000 (more in special circumstances)
Cruisers: $ 3,000,000 (more in special circumstances)
Battleships: $ 6,000,000 (more in special circumstances)
Of course, the amount of credits paid for criminals is very subjective. Basically, should it be the first known incident, go for the sum stated in the guideline. Should the criminal pose dangers in a more than extraordinary way, increase the sum - but generally, do not add more than $ 1,000,000 to the starting sum.
Bounties can decrease and increase with the time - and vanish, should the criminal activity coming from the wanted individual have gone down.
Any corrections and adjustments to the above are possible and high-likely, since this is a pre-version which needs approval from Sir Lauderdale. I think you should be fine with a $ 1,000,000 bounty on the Outcast though.

Subject: Patrol report GC negotiations
Good evening Sirs,
Lots of thing to be reported here. I indeed haven't slept since two days, so hardly had time to file in reports.
- Mon'star : Yesterday afternoon, at the very same moment Brian left us for a nap, I and the new Constable Higgins spotted the well-known terrorist Mon'star going on a rampage at Leeds. We immediately called for support and publicly warned traders to leave the system. Unhappily, I couldn't wake up Brian from his nap, and had to take the direction of the operations, yet inexperienced in that matter. Constable Brown joined us as well as 2 QCR Officers, and we engaged the terrorist.
Well, he took us down while laughing loudly. Only Roy could escape him to finally dock at Leeds and leave our pods at the hospital. I however don't think a bounty would be useful on Mon'star, as all Sirius is already after him.
- Vince.Piccio[101st] : I was scanning Vince at the time he instantly killed Brian, and the resulting scan speaks for itself.
I highly suspect the pilot to have been contaminated by some Nomad entity, or at least to have been driven mad. That is by no way a regular behaviour for an Outcast, and his speech was hardly making sense. I engaged him, but being not equipped with nuclear mines yet, I couldn't even scratch his paint. I was finally taken down as my head began to spin because of my many evasion manoeuvres. My pod was hopefully apparently left alone, as I woke up at Leeds hospital once more.
- Golden Chrysantemum : In the early afternoon, I finally went out of the hospital and took off in a brand new Hussar equipped with nuclear mines. Constable Brown immediately told me he was in contact with some Golden Chrysantemum leader proposing negotiations. We set up a neutral zone around Dublin Jump Gate where we met the two Ladies. They were seeking for new allies in their fight against the Kusarian Shogun, and came to settle an agreement between them, BPA and maybe QCRF. As a token of their good will, they offered us two captured Kusarian Admirals that Roy brought back to the QCRF HQ. I hope their interrogations will bring up some useful information. I promised them to transmit their request to Sir Lauderdale when suddenly...
- Corsair Fleet :A Corsair Fleet was spotted near New London. As we arrived there with Roy, we found 3 Corsairs VHF and a Corsair Cruiser !! I cannot understand how they came so close to New London, and why they brought a Cruiser. They should have been on a really important mission to put such means behind it.
They quickly engaged us, but we were joined by the GC Ladies, the Mandalorian Or'dinii and later a RAF ship. As I was more used to direction of operations and outfitted with the nuclear mines, it went as a piece of cake. Three of the corsairs were taken down including the cruiser, while none of us were taken down. The last Corsair however managed to escape.
After this glorious victory, I promised the Ladies to take their request to Sir Lauderdale and thanked Or'dinii for his always precious help. I then landed on New York to finally find some time to type this report. I think I will now sleep for the next 24 hours.

Gentlemen,
as I took off from Planet New London today, I met Sergeant McNab and Constable Willows in space. We had just a short talk when we received reports about multiple Corsairs in Cambridge. Sergeant McNab took out his QCRF bomber and we jumped.
On the other side of the gate, we encountered [OPG]Ivan, in a Preatorian bomber, and [OPG]Skullsplitter, a Corsair Battlecruiser!
They wanted to blackmail us in order to get the [OTC] traders back to a neutral state. This just proves our suspicions! They claimed us and the Queen to be "inhuman" as we are not supporting the enemies' health with pharmaceutical shipments. As I stated before, those Corsairs have a twisted logic!
Anyways, since we did not give in to their strange arguments, they engaged us and were, after a short time, reinforced by Muleo[TBH] in a Titan. Unfortunately, Sergeant McNab had to eject due to an enemy mine and I, left alone against an overwhelming force, had to retreat, especially since I was left without shield batteries and only a few nanobots.
Back in New London, Miss Willows and I had just arrived at the planetary orbit, when another Corsair, Rio_de_Sangre in a Titan, appeared out of nowhere and engaged me. I ordered Miss Willows to retreat to the safety of the planet (she was still in her Starflyer) and fought the bandit.
Since this one came without any capital support, I quickly managed to destroy his vessel with a nuclear mine:
After that, I helped Miss Willows with the paperwork and registration issues and, after getting reports that Cambridge was once again clear, we proceeded in order for her to get into her own Hussar.
She will need some equipment and, after the evaluation time, the Mark VIII armour plates, as well as a nuclear mine launcher.

Good sirs. (sips tea) I am filing my first patrol reports detailing yesterday's events. Captain Cooper greeted me as I left New London for the first time as a Constable. He provided me with the funds to obtain a my Hussar light fighter and I began requisitioning my equipment.
I later left our office in New London and was hailed by Sgt. McNab. He accompanied me to Leeds so that I could requisition the proper equipment for my ship. After loading my Hussar with ordinance, we were joined by Constable Lawrence. Together, they were kind enough to take me on a few training missions. Sgt. McNab had to dock for a few hours, so I continued patrolling Leeds with Constable Lawrence.
(sips more tea)
Just then, a Mon'star tagged terrorist ship entered the system. Constable Lawrence was familiar with this capital class ship and broadcast a system-wide alert warning all civilians to flee the system immediately. Constable Lawrence also put out an alert to any available QCRF fighters and BPA in the area. Along with Constable Roy Brown and at least one QCRF fighter, I followed Constable Lawrence and joined in the battle.
(takes another sip)
It was a fierce battle against the terrorist capital ship. Alas, the ships of Constable Lawrence and myself fell to its onslaught. Constable Brown was forced to withdraw, and the fate of the QCRF fighter is unknown to me. I must admit that in the haste and confusion of the battle, I for the life of me cannot remember the name of the ship we could not defeat. My only hope is that our engagement of the terrorist allowed any civilians to flee to safety.

Dear Sirs:
Coming in with a load of diamonds from Rheinland last evening, my DTO aboard the Caernarvon, an Eagle escort, and I aboard the Trafalgar, came into contact with an LWB pirate gunboat, the "Troll" above Planet Leeds.
I told him we wanted no trouble, but upon scanning, found he was holding 11 BAF pilots, 13 BPA pilots, and 36 civilians. Having only one escort (and he without torpedoes), I commenced negotiations immediately for their release. The pirate agreed to a ransom, released those pilots, and I took them down to the planet immediately for medical attention. I informed the pirate that if we were to see him again (and especially with more and better equipped escorts), there would be no negotiations. He stated he was just "passing through."
During this incident, two UoG pilots came into the system and checked on us to make sure we were okay. They have become faithful partners in a very short time.
I send this just to keep you informed of activity in Bretonia.
We are, as ever, at your service.
Sincerely,
Sir Alisdair Buchanan

Dear Mr. Buchanan,
I would like to forward the gratitude of the prisoners and their family to you. Our Queen is certainly proud to have such upstanding citizen like you. This was brilliantly handled, a BPA officer couldn't do it better.
The presence of a LWB in Bretonia is indeed strange. Be assured that we will take care of him, if he decides to show up again.
But the Raven, sitting lonely on that placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered; not a feather then he fluttered--
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "Other friends have flown before--
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before."

Gentlemen,
My patrol today ended yet again rather undeliberatly in the escape pod of another destroyed Hussar... The aggressor this time was a mercenary [Merc]Wolfkin. He sneaked up behind me while I was patrolling in New London and attacked with little warning. The only thing he said was something along the lines "I want to smoke my pot for free, or you will be haunted!"
I advise you all to be very cautious when dealing with mercenaries. Ask them for their intentions in Bretonia, and if they don't reply satisfactorily, ask them out.
I hope I get released soon here... But at least they have free tea and biscuits for patients!
