So Finn, this ID was created only because you and Conrad disliked a label of Zoner on your Zoner group? Ehm, Zoner ID has many roles to be played("stigma" is not really a reason to restore dead IDs), aswell Freelancer ID too. You simple run away from RP aspect and used admin powers to restore useless ID.
I wish every group in disco would have same abilities to run away from "labels" and "stigma". But it won't happen, yeah?

Wait, didn't you guys at Phoenix opt to make your own ID rather than just use the Zoner ID? As Finn mentioned, he and Conrad took time to make their case, rather than fast-tracking an application. If it got passed easily, it's probably because it was mature, well-written, and they didn't go into it with the posture that there's some vast conspiracy against them.

Also, the "elitism" argument is pretty tired. This isn't a society with extra barriers to upward mobility - class, poverty, race, gender, belief, etc. The things that count here are how well you get along with others and how reasonably you can make your case to persuade others by what you write. Choosing to be a confrontational rebel on the fringe, fighting the system head on, is an entirely personal decision.
If you find it necessary to single something out to blame and feel better, be my guest. We can't just do things because we feel like it. The Administration system doesn't work like that. It's slowly getting to the point where it's time to just get used to people throwing rocks at you because they don't like something completely.
If you have a better alternative, or have some genuine concerns, bring it up with us personally. Fair discussion on a matter is very easy to come by that way. -- Threads like this I personally dislike on the concept of making a change for the better. The idea generation is beautiful. Don't get me wrong. That's something threads like this excel in easily. Although for debating a change, there's too much congestion to make a clear image with the people going back and forth.
If you're aiming to insult us, you're not the first. If you have a better suggestion, let us know. If you don't want nice things, ignore new things.

Phoenix ID, aswell as OSI and TAZ IDs are sub IDs of Zoner ID. Factions still Zoner. IRG were able charge for officialdom and make own ID based on Zoners, but they found a fastest way to do that - reincarnate dead ID and remove themself from "zoners stigma". Turning a faction into officialdom would be quite slower and defiantly nobody would let you to fall that far from generic ID.

For last year or two we finally get rid of researcher,vigilante,civilian,sirius-wide military and so on IDs, which were useless clones. Now, this only seem for me as way of degradation. So my suggestion is fairly simple, we were good as it used to be before this gravedig.

jeez this is worst than a Karlotta post by entire galaxies
Yeah the idea might have originated from IGS stuff, but do you REALLY think the dev team would waste some time to reintroduce a previously deleted IDin the game files just for 2 players? Please think before posting this kind of stuff.
Alley, Zoners/Freelancers is much like civilians which are not affiliated anymore with houses. They can do whatever they want, aswell as research stuff. So, would you like to review any aspect of what Zoner and Freelancer could do and make separate ID for that? That's frustaining. But if you guys like another on life-support ID, sure why not.
