I still have the feeling that 5 active players is a bit too high, considering the state of affairs of many longstanding official factions, and the ease that is to water down faction x playerbase with unofficial factions and causal indie players.

Here is the thing guys. Lets do some math
1 week for 5 members is 5hours if they all log one hour
x4 and taht is one month 20 hours
+4 for that extra dude.....
So everyone has to log on a Friday or a Saturday at least once in order to do this.
I mean it is not hard.... Just a little dedication.

Nobody had problems with amount of time so far, but with amount of members required...
If there is lack of activity time, one member (well, that´s for leader is in first place) can save it and go log for full two afternoons or one whole day if necessary. If there is lack of members, you can´t solve it that easy.
And please no shouting "get more members" because if it would be that easy, no faction would have problems with activity or number of members.
