We let the BAF| know of our presense in Cambridge and we moved to the New London jumpgate after two failed attempts to pirate transports. We saw an indie Templar and one of the two engaged him and then shortly after a BAF| templar jumped and I engaged him. Then more of you started jumping, two paladins and 2 battleships but only 1 Paladin engaged. After the Templar died, another one jumped, on a bomber this time and engaged us but he only hugged the jumpgate and your battleships and after he got drained he jumped to other side and escaped successfully as there was yet another BAF| templar waiting there.
Your whole group jumped after us in New London and the bystander Paladin also engaged, that makes it the 5th ship to join the fight against the same 2 fighters. At one point I was drained and asked for a refill from the other fighter while your Paladins kept restocking each other with the help of the templar. After I was whittled down to 50% hull again, I successfully nuked one of your paladins that had 25 nanobots after being restock and I grabbed those and repaired myself. Then the other templar joined the fight and shorty after we killed the other paladin. Then yet another templar arrived and engaged and I asked for nanobots from the other fighter (which was pretty low on nanobots mind you). Few minutes after, a fighter joins our side and afterwards I die and the 4rth fighter on our side jumped in.
We didn't hunt NPCs for the nanobots, there was hardly any time for that as we had a swarm focusing us. We traded nanobots twice so far. After I died, more on your side arrived and we eventually died.
Long story short, despite your overwhelming numbers, bot trading and jumpgate hugging, we enjoyed the encounter.
2 of you terribly lagged. That was nasty.
The last one who got ganked in Camb was really tough. Kudos to him.
In conclusion, by far not bad for Sairs. BAFs, prepare yourself.

Thank you sir, I try my best. One of you had quite a nasty aim though. Couldn't tell who really. Also it was lag spikes, I noticed everyone had them (me too at some point). The server started derping during the fight, and it was restarted shortly after it because of several issues (with JHs or w/e, it was derping).

Thank you for some feedback to the feedback.
Let me explain in my eyes what happened and why we were quite annoyed at this.
We were busy doing some RP with some of our Ensigns (two of them are new) when we noticed two APT| ships in Cambridge. We jumped in to find that an indy had already engaged you and was about to die. So myself and one of the Ensigns jumped in to help. After the indy died another Ensign had jumped in with a challenger. He became your main target so we shot at the APT| who was doing the most damage. Whenever we shot down either of the ships shields they would circle off of their target and fly around and in the gate (we know the challenger was doing the same and have spoken to him about it). This made it impossible for us to get a shot on hull which became a bit of an annoyance. After some time, our challenger jumped to NL and swapped out to a templar. While this was happening we carried on the fight which I believe was a 2v2. Nothing much happened until the ensign who was originally in the challenger had returned in a templar. The fight continued, we finally got one of your ships down to no bots. For BAF| this is quite an achievement so we all tried to target that ship in hope of killing it. I must stress that two of our ships can't aim for donkeys, when they did hit it was literally luck. We will be trying to improve but it'shard since our faction had become quite anti snub and seems to not want to learn anymore after dying so much. Anyway, I checked the amount of bots on the ships and it had 15. I was a bit annoyed so I shouted in group to target the player. At this point we had 4 ships against your two, one of ours was under fire and couldn't move the others were trying to shoot one of your players. So it went on and then we got the guy down to nill bots again, after about 20 seconds he was up to 16 again. By this time we were like "what?" We carried on shooting then our ship was blown up. I tried to think of a way that your ships could be gaining bots and noticed every so often a load of mines would go off and then tractor beams. So I assumed you were doing this on purpose. I was then the target and spammed mines to inflict as much damage as possible. I died.
I do not know what happened after this, I expressed my concerns in your feedback thread and things seemed to have escalated really quickly from two points I was annoyed about to people swearing at me on skype calling me a hypocrite. Luckily I've got thick skin and can take insults. I don't want this to evolve into an oorp hatred thingy where both sided try to gank eachother the most. I've spoken to the player involved with the gate hugging and it won't happen again.
I'll ask you to avoid doing the points I raised in my OP please if possible. I enjoyed the encounter and wanted to make sure that this would not cause our faction members to be annoyed again.

While we value your feedback, but perhaps you could elaborate? You can do it either here or via PM, whatever you are more comfortable, as saying "it wasn't bad 6/10" won't tell us what in your mind we should improve.
Nice fight in Omega 3. Kudos! That was pretty intense, especially at the start.
Next time, please do not do the "jump x-times through the same hole". You would not have needed that to win this one. Just makes people go "Hm? Why? Do they really have to do that?".

Anyway, finally some O3 pvp.
Jack for the IMG|
Yeah that was actually quite annoying, but we chased one of your fighters for a matter of fact, IMG|Charles something. We didn't mind, he even nearly made it out if he wouldn't get bumped into an asteroid that launched him into my CD.
Regardless we had great fun, and you know - next time you can pay evil pirates >: D
