Either Jax or MoveIt already replied to me on shoutbox that it was an error, because line was not fully included into original post:

Independent Pirates are people who want to make money by extorting it from others or through other unlawful means. An independent pirate acts only for his own benefit, and has no allegiance to anyone. Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a Pirate, who:
- Can defend itself and ships of the same affiliation
- Can demand Credits or Cargo from Freighters, Transports and Liners in House space and attack them if they do not comply
- Can pirate any ships outside of House Space (Bold and Italic) and attack them if they do not comply
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls - Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo.
I'm sorry for being so picky, but I don't want to be sanctioned for not understanding lines. I just pointed out there was rule inconsitency, because it makes players confused about usage of PTrain, as line CLEARLY points out (in this form without addition) that usage of PTrain is not possible, even if ship is listed in the allowed ships, as it conflicts with the line of actual line.
There was also a big problem with... Kishiro ID, with which we can pirate Samura, BUT line does not specify if they are allowed to do that inside or outside ZOI as well. It is confusing, since there's other line, which allows Kishiro to engage hostile corporations and factions within ZOI.
Lines:
Quote:- Can attack ships belonging to houses or organizations considered hostile by Kusari within their ZOI.
- Can engage into piracy against Samura outside the House Space.
For me, the problem arises if I should follow my ZOI, or do that everywhere outside house space - because line does not specify if ZOI is applied here. And under what piracy it falls - unlawful piracy (bold systems only) or quasi-lawful piracy (all systems)?
Oh ffs the hell did you do to that wonderfull ID!
a pirate should be free to engage whom it damn pleases but it must be also ready for the Consequences, thats what gave you freedom in this ID, the hell is it now? No balance at all, what are you guys trying to do to that ID, it already got FR5 from Rogue Bases, as if that wasnt enough now it cant attack a Government Enforcer. Means he has to wait until the Military probably calls all his friends and then engages the pirate so the pirate can defend itself, but for what seriously how screwed up is that, no offense. But you have to agree it's another result of the many tears of this Community, please.
Make logical changes, this "well then we gonna nerf again" attitude is realy getting on my nerves. Freaking Pirate ID, PIRATE. It's what made them so though and enjoyful, because they already had many tech nerfs on unlawful PIRATE ships.
Please just for the sake of the old ID bring back the old Pirate ID, the one that was u touched from 4.86

You cant into stop whining and think logically. Guys like you that try to nerf everything for their own benefit.
Also
Pirate ID:
You are a Pirate! who:
- Can demand cargo and credits from lawful and unlawful ships, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.
I found this the best for Pirates, I m sure I m not the only one. All that needed a change was probably this:
You are a Pirate! who:
- Can demand cargo and credits from lawful and unlawful ships, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo, except Pirate Train.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.
Snake the problem was that people were treating the Pirate ID as an sirius wide open terrorist ID rather than an actual piracy ID. These changes fixed that problem. It only took for a group to abuse it on a large scale for the admins to see the problem.
