Extending Hogosha ZOI a bit

I have been wondering, if it would be good to extend Hogosha ZOI onto Sigma 19 and Sigma 17 because of two things:

Kamakura Base in Okinawa.
Planet Kurile in Sigma 17.

While the second is less significant (and Hogosha-Samura connections are rather kept silent), the Kamakura Base should be extending zone of interest for Hogosha, because it the farest base of Hogosha in the area, extending their factual range not only to the Okinawa, but also to the systems connected to Okinawa through jumpholes - especially Sigma 19, the GMG system - and Sigma 17, which is No Man's Land, heavily influenced by Samura and GMG, with Kurile being a thorn in eye for the latter.

The Hogosha need Sigma 17 in their ID because of Planet Kurile as a Samura controlled place. Not to mention it's their main smuggling route for Artifacts Same goes for the the Farmer's Alliance btw. But is Sigma 19 not in both ID's as 'bordering Kusari' System? I mean, Sigma 19 is directly connected to Honshu since....forever?

PS.: In my proposal for the FA ID i wanted to have Sigma 17 in their ZOI. Dunno if they changed it yet or even want to change that

Sig 19, Okinawa and Sig 13 has experienced many raids from Hogosha as well as various events. It's adjacent to their space and GMG being a direct enemy, it's natural and inevitable. The most common activity to expect is an artifact smuggler with escort. PvP ZoI shouldn't impact trading, artifact trading is a Hogosha thing ever since they replaced the GMG in this market. A GMG ID'd player oughta consider this stuff contraband since the NPC GMG is furious at the loss of this market and has marked Hogosha and Corsairs as Kill on Sight over this issue.
