Place and year of birth:Planet New Tokyo, 797 A.S.
Personal Background:
I was born on planet New Tokyo. My father was an economist in small bank, my mother was an escort pilot in Kishiro. An ordinary family, you might say. It was. *cough*
Because my parents usually were away, my older brother brought me up.
My father was wealthy enough, so he sent me to a faraway school somewhere at the other side of planet. I was an exemplary pupil, so I had no problems in any matter.
Once I've seen one of my teachers beating a child. When I asked our president of student council, why is he doing that, he said that child is guilty, and teacher is punishing him. I've said that it's wrong, but president took my hand and led me from there.
I finished school. It was good, and I've returned home... to find out that my older brother is in jail because he robbed someone. However, my father said that it's not my woe, and I went to University of Law. There I've met one of my old friends, and he taught me how to fly ships. As first it looked horribly, but then I understood my mistakes.
While studying Kusarian Law, I've started to notice that our law is very rude, and is often based on the brute force. I always thought that our laws are right, but at that point my world view started to collapse.
After university I've returned home, again, and found out that mother became disabled. Father always seemed as an old man, but when I saw him, he seemed to me as real antediluvian. I decided to start my work as lawyer, but... this was not to be.
In the next morning after my arrival a Police ship arrived. I wonder if they were looking for my brother, who had returned to home, but they took me under arrest and later moved me to prison ship. The reason was my carelessly thrown phrase about our government.
It seemed that I'll rot there forever, but an incident changed everything.
A group of ships attacked that prison ship, boarded it and rescued some of prisoners. I miraculously managed to get along with them.
They were Blood Dragons. While listening them, I thought that they are right and want to restore true law in Kusari. I've decided to join them.
Contrary to my wishes, I was left on Kyoto to work there as logistician. I spent at least a couple of months on work, and then I was given permission to join a squad.
When I've seen what are "we" doing, I've disappointed. Blood Dragons were doing all the same our enforcers did, but with more cruelty. However, there was no way back, so I continued to do my bloody work - to kill people, again and again.
A week ago, I've been on solo mission in Sigma-13, and occasionally attracted some unwanted attention to me. KNF ships had been chasing me for over an hour, and finally stopped me. I had no other choice but to fight.
They were skilled pilots, and I pretty quickly lost control of the situation.
These Navy pilots destroyed my ship and I thought that Shinigami is finally came to take me... but unknown ships appeared and drove KNF away.
These were Bundschuh... I suppose. They distrusted me. Perhaps they were scared by something, I don't know.
And they took me to Kreuzberg. Now I don't have enough money to leave Rheinland, my ship was destroyed, and I can't contact anyone who knows me because any message will attract attention of Rheinland authorities.
Hessians refused to help me, so I have no idea what to do now.
What brings you to our cause?:
*she smiles* Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee is where I had to go initially. I want to be useful for anyone who needs help. And I want to seek the real law. Authorities of all countries are corrupted, but Rheinland patriots are really ready to punish their government for corruption. I believe that every crime will be punished, so why shouldn't I begin?
Your motivation to fight for the people of Rheinland rather than those of Kusari does not appear to be the strongest, but you do seem to value justice and wish to fight for that. So you've come to the right place. Welcome aboard.
Iliza walked nervously through the station, spending more time looking at the floor than anywhere else, at least until she came to the room full of neuralnet terminals and the large stoic looking guard standing over them in silence. The iconic militant eagle pinned proudly to the man's uniform spoke a thousand words, even though he barely acknowledged the tiny woman's presence as she approached.
After a long awkward moment of standing there in nauseating silence, Iliza finally looked to the guard, giving him the most confident smile she could muster before stepping shakily up to one of the terminals to enter her information.

Personal Background:W-Well I mean this isn't exactly the MOST interesting topic...I grew up on Planet Houston, my parents had been granted asylum in Liberty because of the war 21 years ago. My dad was a mechanical engineer for a large corporate factory, and my mom was a teacher, they're both retired now. By the time I was eighteen the two of them had made enough money to send me to school on Manhattan, you know? So I was studying Political Science and Interstellar Geopolitics...a-and well, that's where I learned so much about the war(s), and about the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee! I-I even just dropped out of my second year so I could come out here and actually make a difference, instead of just learning about history in books and vids!
I might only know a little bit about guns...and flying ships and stuff, but...I'm still willing to do my part!
What brings you to our cause? My parents were proud citizens of Rheinland before the war that started when I was a baby...and even though my parents fled to Liberty, I was raised to be proud of my heritage, and of my true homeland. I mean, I didn't really have a bad life in Liberty, but the war between the two Houses is doing more damage than good and I don't think the government of Liberty cares any more for the people of Rheinland than the Chancellor's government. Simply put, I couldn't sit around and watch the people of Rheinland suffer anymore, The People deserve much better, and I want to do my part to fix things! I truly believe that the best way for me to help is to come and join your cause, to fight for a better future, and the good of OUR people!

Iliza,
Fortunately the Exiled Party offers an intensive bevy of educational courses. Mind you, they won't be... recognized by any Sirian Institute of Higher Learning, but I've often found that merely knowing the knowledge that we have, the truth we have about the Rheinland that cast us aside, is enough.
We've already met in space, but consider your application formally accepted.
Personal Background: Chartlottewas born on the planet Stuttgart. Her family is as normal as others. The happiness can be felt every day. She's played together with her elder sister Edda since they were born. They never separated as if either of them was shadow of the other, until the day when Edda joined the Rheinwehr and Charlotte became a Freelancer. From that point on, they were separated, both of them changed their worldviews.
Edda always tried to convince Charlotte that only loyalty to the Kanzler and his government would bring prosperity to this country. Charlotte never listened to her elder sister's words, but began to be confused about everything. Sometimes, she witnessed the authroities abused their power by leving fine on the innocent without a reasonable charge. Charlotte could not believe what she saw every day. Where was the old world when she was young? She was confused till that day when she heard about you in a bar where a man advocating the idea of VWA.
What brings you to our cause? What brings Amelia to join your cause is the a new government in Rheinland. It's a fact that there is no perfect political system in the world, but we have to perfect it by fixing the faults instead of ignoring its existence. The current government, however, is an exception. It's so corrupted that it is too late to find a cure. Thus, making a better one is a wise idea. (//in fact I joined you because Daddy is here :3)
The injustices that you have witnessed are only the tip of the iceberg. We'll show you the true face of the Kanzler's regime and we'll show you how to fight it. Welcome to the Widerstand.

Personal Background: I hope I am sending this message to the right place. I can't take it anymore and I am running out of time. You see, I grew up in a militaristic family, whose head is a high ranking major in the military. I rarely got to see my father during my childhood, as he was always on the front, fighting for the prosperity of the Fatherland...or so I was told at least. But my mother was keen on making sure I read the "proper" books and was always a supporter of the Federation. Naturally upon reaching adulthood I was sent to a military academy in preparation for my future career...
What brings you to our cause?:To forward my story I will continue with present events. I am several weeks away from graduating from said academy. However, I have the feeling that I am making a mistake, which if not prevented will hunt me for the rest of my life. Looking back, it seems the whole of my bringing up was a mistake. I am a tactical prodigy in my class and my skills in a fighter craft are unmatched, but violence and destruction are not what my soul thrives on. I am tired of this regime and the constant warfare. But I keep asking myself how can I help the Fatherland?
Sometime ago a close fellow kadett of mine, who also shares my view on the current political situation escaped from the dormitories and left a note on my bed with your faction's purpose and coordinates to which to relay a possible transmission. After familiarizing with your goals and ideals I was deeply compelled by your organization. For the first time in many ears I feel like this is the right thing to do, it's time for a change! Please respond as soon as possible. I am planning my escape from the military machine of Rheinland as I am finishing this transmission, and I hope to find my true brüder within your ranks.

A young woman in a pilot suit appears on the screen. She is pretty, but a fine scar leads over her neck, up to her right cheek. She can't be older than 25, but looks fierce. The fire of the youth, you could say.
Guten Tag, meine Damen und Herren.
My name is Doktor Annika Jana Haupt. Everyone calls me Nika, though.
I will make this brief, but I am sure there will be questions following.
You provided a sheet with information that you need about my person to consider my application. I find these not too intrusive, so you will receive them.
I was born on Planet Hamburg. I don't know where and when exactly, I just know that the nun raising me always told me she found me on the steps of the church on one day of May in 797 AS.
My youth went past me quickly. I graduated on Hamburgs 'Prager Universität' almost two years ago, some people tell me I'm a bright person. I disagree - my knowledge doesn't help me in a fighter cockpit.
I have always been a loudmouth, and someday this lead to my doom. I criticized the Kanzler in a paper published by me and one of my friends a bit too openly, and the KSK ran my door in two weeks later. I managed to flee. I don't know how, but I found myself on Freistadt.
It was on Freistadt I met the Hessians. They became my constant friends, and a year later, I joined them - together with my husband. Or Ex-husband, that is. She grins.
As much as I liked the hessians agenda - I could never sympathize with them completely. They were too barbaric, vulgar and... well... they were too far left. That was when I started to look for alternatives.
My husband and me... We disagreed on this. After a particularly heavy fight, he left. And I needed a place to go.
You ask why I am interested in joining your cause? Because there is no way that the Vaterland could be what it once was without taking arms for it. That was why I joined the hessians. That is why I want to join you. I love my country, and I hate what it became.
Let me take my arms up in your name. Let me be one of the swords that take the Kanzler down.
Danke für ihre Aufmerksamkeit

Dr. Haupt,
Your story is a common one and we're happy to have a someone already familiar to the Rheinland revolutionary movement join our ranks. Indeed the Hessen, despite having mostly right intentions, lack direction and too often stray from their ideals. You will find no fortune-seekers and bandits amongst the Bundschuh movement I can assure you.
