I couldn't care less what happened to your dinky little freighter.
You reported us.
Then made a message dump about it.
Then made a IRP thread about it.
Then you posted in one of our threads about it.
Then you posted in our feedback thread about it.
Do you know how petty this seems?
You were pirated. You refused a demand. You got blown up.
I haven't seen such a reaction from dying for refusing a demand for years now.
I was contacted by the admin team about demands in order to confirm whether or not we pay force-hired freelancers if we tell them to engage targets. They provided your logs.
EDIT: The answer of which is, yes, obviously. If the force-hired person is a Freelancer ID, we cannot force them to violate their ID rules in engaging other players. We pay them. Up front.

I did not file a sanction report, or contact the admins. Do not make it sound like I did. Those are not my logs...
You are under the wrong impression.
There was no "offer" to pay me anything at Ames. Nothing that even hinted of payment for an ingame job.
There was an "offer" to join the LR or else. Which sounds more like slavery or terrorism.
Further more, it was a freelance character, who had done at least 6 runs into NY hauling Synth with LR tagged character acting as scouts and running interference. I quess that never made into your RP Comms.
At the time Frank the Freelancer ID character, was hauling Black Market munitions, which under your own LR piracy guidelines, you are not harm. But yea...they are just "guidelines" and not Law.
Your current ID says
Pilot carrying this unlawful ID is a member of the Liberty Rogues, who:
Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except transports.
Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
In the situation we are discussing, None of the above conditions were met. My ship was transport. You did not demand for cargo or credits.
Well, there were only four of us there at the time, you, the {AFC} who we already pirated for AFKing outside of Ames and my guy. If it wasn't you, then it was the AFC guy, whatever. You both are in the faction, so I will just address you as the same, even though you are using untagged characters.
You are a freighter, that is true, but you still can be demanded one of three kinds of demands. Monetary demand- asking money. Cargo demands, which is self-explenatory or roleplay action demands. The later can be either leaving system, doing a barrel roll, forced to say in system chat that Rogues Rule or whatever other.
It is still a demand and declining a demand gives me all right to pop you.
Your demand in particular was:
[20.04.2015 17:50:45] LR-Armchair.Traveller: Yo buddy.
[20.04.2015 17:50:54] LR-Armchair.Traveller: You ever think about joining up with the Rogues?
In other words, I specifically asked you to join my group.
[20.04.2015 17:51:31] LR-Shared.Bride: That was not a question.
[20.04.2015 17:51:33] LR-Shared.Bride: That is a demand.
That sort of piracy is not the norm, so I even went out of my way to state it clearly that it was a Demand. It was to imply what would happen if you refused it.
Flying a freighter with BMs do not really mean a lot for me, because no rogue base sells BMs. It was Junker cargo. We could not care less where it went, because you were obviously not taking it TO a Rogue base. You gain no protection from us in that case.
And obviously I would not tell a HAU 2 freighter to attack something, so instead I was going to make you go scouting and give you money for every trader you spot or any heads up about an approaching navy you gave. That offer, however, we never got a chance to offer you, because you simply stated you were working with the AFC and had no interest in being with us.
We would have done the same with the AFC, if not the fact that we already pirated him.
As for our ID, this is literally every unlawful ID you are describing. It does not change the fact that apart from monetary and cargo related demands, there are also ones which do not involve either. The IDs are already going to be remade due to their poor wording, and since every day there are all three kinds of demands being made, I do not see a reason to apologize for it.
In game demands such are Barrel roles, leaving the system, shouting in system chat Bla bla bla, are a far cry from forcing ingame characters to wear your tag or die. You made No Job offer...you made no payment offer....the demand made was Join your group or get wasted.
Where in your ID does it say that you are allowed to make that kind of demand. I hope with the revamp of the ID´s this is made more clear for people, as to what they can and cant demand. I do think there is a limit somewhere. Offering a Job and Payment is very different from a Join or Die demand.
I did not tell you to wear my tag. I told you to get in my group. I told you to join up with me and my friend, I did not request you to join LR- or "wear my tag". Had that been the case, it would have been what I wrote, which is not what I did. That would be on par with certain factions placing a POB on their guard system's exit and forcing newly restarted players to register if they want to leave. That is not how I would like to think we do things.
You are thinking about my RP transmission to the PR, which is similar but not the same in your case.
From your last post, I would say you understood the demand wrong. And quite frankly, I do not think that it is my fault. If this is you misreading what I told you, it would not have mattered even if I did instantly say I would be paying you. In that case, all you'd think is that I would pay you to join LR- or some other nonsense and the result would be the same- you on the wrong side of the blue message.
