Good afternoon Police friends!
During patrol mission from New London to Newcastle system, Bretonia Armed Forces Lieutenant Commander David Garrand and I have spotted a suspicious Prison Liner Vessel Tiffany's. Commander and I have asked the vessel to cut his engines due to regular security scan, but in spite of this, the vessel engaged its cruise engines and tried to flee away from us. Despite our numerous orders to cut the engines, vessel started saying nonsense. To make things better, the vessel somehow disappeared from our radars- disconnected. We have stayed at the spot for few more minutes when the vessel showed up and disappeared again. I would suggest you to try to catch this vessel and do interrogation under the vessel.
Proofs attached below:

We thank you for this information. We will inform our Constables to keep an eye out for this miscreant. Do you want us to hold the Ship for the BAF to deal with or are you happy for us to deal with him?
Flora, the Gaian "princess" has been successfully transferred to Newgate compound in Manchester.
BPA)Forge has completed a prisoner convoy with the last run of petty criminals , some hacker, corsair and mollie pilots and the few gaian prisoners we had at London, together with the prisoner transferred to us at Canary Wharf.
I must say, I was very impressed by the prowess displaid by the Bowex security squadron that flew our escort. Not for their low radio discipline, but for the professional and excellent service they provided.
We where ambushed by a group of Gaian snubs , as could be expected due to the high scout activity all day and the leak in broadcasting the information the Bowex executives talked about. But we managed to bring the convoy through to Newgate without any losses.
Only other minor event :
We where - well, only way to say it - "interrogated" by an untagged BIS officer shortly after taking over the prisoners, insisting on recieving our mission parameters without any official authorization.
I advise either to keep an eye out for this officer, or to ask for information and authorisation regarding him from BIS command : the cruiser "redrussian".
Another BIS officer I met earlier, while investigating the Gaian scout activity :
The officer named Jaya.Ballard showed high restraint , good handling and excellent piloting skills while we expelled and intercepted a Gaian scout near Birmingham,
but my intuition tells me she has a problem with the devils smoke : She is carrying a private supply of Cardamine she would not discuss.
I am not filing a Report to BIS
at the moment, but will keep an eye out for her, too.
She is one of us, Sir, even if she flies with BIS. And those men and whomen of BIS have had some harsh times outside of the borders.
Sir, I have had a chat with some LPI Officers joining the exchange program and wanted to ask for a chance to see more of Liberty.
Im not leaving my post, Sir. Expecially if I am needed. But I have heared that there is a new Chief of Police at LPI, and he seems to have quite a task at hand, clearing out corruption and getting fresh air between the sheets.
Well, I´d like to help.
I am asking your advice and will not leave without your approval.
The Officer Exchange Program (OEP) is open to all Constables who have proved themselves capable. The reports we have received, from your immediate superiors, suggest that you are indeed a capable Constable and therefore we have no reason to not allow you to be placed on the OEP.
We would suggest that you read up on the Laws of Liberty, as they do differ from ours, before you head out.
Go and make Bretonia proud and show the Libertonians how a Bretonian Constable conducts himself.

Subject: Illegal Base
Greetings Sir.
Today me and Constable Mike Connor went on a Patrol thru Cambridge system, as we heard some rumours about a Unregistered Base being constructed near Omega 3 Jumphole.
At about 10k from the JH we found an Unregistered Base emiting the identity signal Fort Station
BPA)Yctor: I will try to dock to that thing over here
BPA)Paul,Hastings: Let's see
BPA)Yctor: oh man it allowed me to dock
BPA)Paul,Hastings: Planetform affiliation
BPA)Yctor: they even try to upgrade it! what the hell!
BPA)Paul,Hastings: Planetform Affiliation
BPA)Yctor: they are in a big trouble now
BPA)Yctor: i think our boss will be very happy
BPA)Paul,Hastings: This is strange
BPA)Paul,Hastings: How a Planetform base
BPA)Paul,Hastings: Gets build up here, without informing the Governement
BPA)Paul,Hastings: That's not standart procedure of a Bretonian corp
BPA)Yctor: i agree
BPA)Paul,Hastings: We should report this
BPA)Yctor: Indeed
While on board we decide to inquire some of the crew present there, our findings where troubling, the Base belongs to Planetform Inc.
This was completly unexpected, how does respected Bretonian Corporation as Planetform Inc. with ties to the Government builds a base off the records.
After we resumed our normal patrol and the rest of the evening was very quiet.
It has been a thrilling first few weeks on the job. I'll admit I'm still figuring things out, but I'm surviving nonetheless. The BPA handbook has not left my side since I got my equipment on New London. Perhaps, in time, my knowledge of the law will be sufficient enough to where I won't have to consult my handbook during every encounter.

So, uh, jumping right on in... I encountered a group of miners in the Dublin system. After offering to escort them to ward off any possible Molly intervension, they agreed. Encounter Escort Agreement
Then, after the miners had returned to New London, I caught a zoner in Dublin attempting to break the blockade with a full hold. He was reluctant to do the right thing, but he eventually did comply. I have already redirected the payment of 5.000.000C to the BPA. However, I forgot to collect evidence of how I handled the credits. You will not see the same mistake from me again. Uhhhh... Oh... Fitz and I attempted to arrest a group of Mollys in Omega-3 but things went south. We had no backup but decided to go in anyways hoping that our Hussars' speed would allow us to retreat if necessary. There was two of us, three of them. Fitz's hull was penetrated and his pod tractored in by the Molly Barghest pilot, Caitlin Lutair. She tried to escape with the Junior Constable but I was able to retrieve his pod at the expense of Ms. Lutair's ship. The remaining two Mollys chased us untill we came near Battleship Norfolk. The lanes were picking up a... questionable signature in New London. I went to investigate. Upon arrival, my head was filled with.. uh.. well.. I'll just upload the evidence I collected. It was a nomad, I'm sure of it, but it.. uh.. yeah... Questionable Signature Image 1 Image 2 Disappearance
It has been a very exciting first week on the job. I am still having to figure things out, but I'm handling myself out there. I've had a lot of help though from my fellow BPA members and I want to someday get better than them.

Getting right to the point... So I was patrolling New London, when I got word there was a Molly in Dublin. I went to check it out. I told him he was under arrest and he refused, so I did what was necessary. ID Proof Arrest of Ryan.O'Doyle
Orion and I were out patrolling when we came across a guy named Red_Comrade. He was carrying contraband items. We told him to stop, but he decided he was going to leave, so we tried to stop him peacefully, then he opened fire on us. So we had to arrest him. ID Proof Arrest of Red_Comrade
A group of us BPA and a few BAF members worked together to arrest a Red Hessian. Orion and I had spotted the Red Hessian while patrolling around Bretonia. We requested backup and we were successful in taking down the Red Hessian.
Yesterday we was in a regular patrol in Dublin system with Paul Hastings we checked around the normal active places like the mining field and Graves station and Battleship Essex and during the patrol we realized something not usual we didnt know what it is until we decided to get closer to check and we found that its an Illegal installation Sir, yes Illegal installation in Dublin System thats its very well hidden and here is some pictures that show more details about it.
