Problems logging in the server

Hello!

I tried to enter the server, but Instead I got a disconnection message. Someone told me to try another server and on that server I have no problems. Then I asked an Admin in private on a skypechat and he told me to post a message in here. I hope that someone can help me.

Does it happen with only one of your accounts? If so, it might be the problem someone else experienced. If so, you will need to contact an admin to move all your characters from that account to a new one. It becomes an issue because your account somehow gets corrupted. I hope this helps you!

I am sorry! I forgot to add that I can log in the account, but when I click on the ship I get this message. A friend logged the account and ship too and he had no problems with it.

Yea, I faced that problem, but as Foochow said do it. move all char into a new account. I did that by my friend and it's solved

Daru you got a point. Once I faced that problem with characters but if other person can log then I don't think that will be the problem
