Problems logging in the server

Hello! I thank you for all of your efforts, it is sad that not 1 answer did help me to log in. I have tried more then 3 hours to make it work and nothing helped. At the moment I give it up! #annoyed

Try restoring your DSAce.dll file, or do a complete reinstall of Freelancer and Disco (take a backup of your accounts first). But before starting up Disco or anything, after you reinstall completely, add an exception to all the Discovery related folders like the My Documents folder, vanilla install folder and the Disco install folder. This should mostly work. Or try opening your newly installed Disco after disabling your antivirus. I had the same problem once, and this helped me, since the antivirus deleted DsAce.dll and some other files. I reinstalled, added exceptions and it started working again.

Bump for this. Gamer Girl still can't join join Discovery official server while being able to join other unofficial ones. Her accounts are not banned because I logged them to refresh them. Anyone knows a way to help?

The entire IP range is currently banned as every single time GamerGirl shows up, so does Duvelske. The Administration is discussing what to do with this case.

How's this situation resolving. Kruger can't function without it's leader, if she doesn't return I might as well disband the faction. Btw, ex banned players have been allowed to return to Disco while she is still off-limits just for having a boyfriend who did bad things. As far as I understood the situation from other disco people, it takes like a few minute for banned players to undo the ban and come back to play while she, the honest player, sits banned awaiting verdict.
