Priority -High Sender ID -Co-Chairman, Henry Pines. Subject -Troubling Developments in Kusari
Ladies and gentlemen of OSC| I shall keep this brief, during a collabrative tour between the St.Lucia and Atlantis, myself and Captian Blackwood encountered members of the notorious Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons criminal groups in the Sigma 19 system. Whilst both liners and the Hawaii escaped without harm certain conditions were demanded that has led me to believe our Kusari operations may come under attack from these groups in the future.
I am therefore placing the Mackinac and Hawaii on high alert and urge the greatest of caution upon transit of Kusari space. Security wings will be dispatched to both liners to ensure the safety of our passengers but I ask all employees to remain vigilant and report any sightings or encounters with these groups immediately.

Good Day Captains and Pilots!
I am happy to inform you all, that the following vessels have finished maintenance checkups at Curacao and their signal transmitter have been tuned to OSC standards. They also received new callsigns, as per company regulations requested, which are the following:

• Captain Name: John Rodden
• Vessel location: Dock # 3B , Planet Curacao
• Status:Preparing for flight.
OSC|Cyprus
• Shukensha - Renzu Luxury Liner
• Captain Name: Hiro Sata
• Vessel location: Dock # 3D , Planet Curacao
• Status:Awaiting assignment
OSC|Falkland
• Captain Name: Edward Colton
• Bretonia "Palace class" Royal Cruise Liner
• Vessel location: Dock # 1C , Planet Curacao
• Status: Preparing for flight
OSC|Searsport
• "Bison" C5 Liberty Transport

I will update the board and the captains once escort vessels are operational as well.
Fly safe and take care,
Best regards:
Andrew Wells

Good Morning
First of all, let me introduce myself, I'm Kira Shino, former pilot of the Kusari State Police, graduated in 817 A.S. , I was working with Captain Hiro Sata as his scout and lookout. Now, about what happened...
Yesterday, as requested I have joined the OSC|Felixstowe at Curacao to move a supply shipment and the blueprints to Baltimore. It was a regular, simple flight. We didn't encounter anything suspicious.
*Drinks from the glass in front of her*
However, there was a slight little ... unexpected complication so to say. We were going through California, when we suddenly noticed something is wrong. I didn't know what it is, but shouting over the commshelped a bit: "Where the hell is our cargo?!"
Long story cut short, it appeares the systems on the Felixstowe are not the most relieable anymore, and we were guessing that the ships computer jettisoned all cargo while we were on the trade lane. I have no idea where it is if it is still in tact , however we didn't find it so we went to Baltimore just in case.
*Looks around hopelessly*
So we are at Baltimore, we'll head back as soon as everything is clear with the Felixstowe, untill then, it's better to stay low .. I mean stay here, as we don't want to loose the crew during the next flight.
Fly safe and take care,
Best regards:
Kira Shino

Miss Shino, I'm pleased to hear that no one was hurt during the incident, losing cargo at superluminal speeds can be extremely dangerous and often fatal to anyone unfortunate enough to be in it's path. I realise that you have only recently joined OSC| as part of Mr Wells' merger and as such are not yet accustomed to our procedures but I find the details of your report extremely lacking in detail, especially in regards to the complete loss of cargo from the Felixstowe.
Among the manifest for the delivery to Baltimore was a holosculpture disc containing the blueprints for a new Enterprise liner intended for revision. The loss of these plans is a serious blow to the company and the potential for fallout is incredible should they fall into the wrong hands. Therefore I would like you to file a report with the LPI regarding the loss of cargo and the sensitivity of it's nature, a copy of which I will expect on my desk upon your return to Curacao.
My apologies to the board for not filing my account of the events earlier, the servicing of the Felixstowe at Baltimore took longer than anticipated.
During this time I have analyzed, checked and double-checked logs to be able to present a detailed account of the events.
We set off in a timely fashion from Curacao, my escort Kira Shino arriving in a well equipped Hayabusa class vessel, just as we were completing final system checks.
All proceeded smoothly as we left the Cortez system, Kira Shino taking the lead and once informing me all was clear in the California system, the Felixstowe followed. Once in California, upon activating the auto docking facility with the trade lane to Los Angeles the port side engine suffered a failure and the ship clattered into the trade lane. I assumed manual controls and cruised circuitously to the next trade lane gate, executing a successful manual dock.
As we reached Planet Los Angeles, my escort informed me over the comms that the cargo pods had jettisoned. *Analysis of logs subsequently and visual checks performed at Baltimore shipyard have shown the cargo pods were jolted loose due to a faulty magnetic clamp failing*. Having lost the cargo, I took the decision it was best to proceed to Baltimore, before returning to Curacao, as the ship was well overdue a service. Nothing eventful happened en-route to Baltimore. I have calculated the cargo pods almost certainly burned up harmlessly.
The ships service has now been completed and they have fixed the port engine, replaced the faulty magnetic clamp, repaired damage to the cargo pods (probably sustained during collision with the trade lane), rusting panels have been re-fitted, the tea machine cleaned out, internal cargo scanners fitted and software updated to account for them.
I would like to put on record my thanks to Kira Shino for superb escort work and note that the loss of cargo was unavoidable.

Good Day Captains , pilots, all OSC staff members , Mr. Pines ,
I have an urgent matter to inform you about. Yesterday, Luxury Liner Hawaii was attacked by a cyber-criminal or criminals from a yet unknown source. What we know so far is it was probably done from on board the Liner, however, by the time the security and other systems came back after a total system faliure, and a lockdown was initiated, the offender probably left the area. In light of this security breach, all stations and liners are ordered to turn their database network off and transfer all data to portable hard drives, which are to be locked away unless data transfer is mandatory. Also, all new records must only be saved on the same hard drives until further notice.
This is effective immidiately!
As far as we now know, the following data was downloaded from the Hawaiis servers to an unknown destination:
Docking records
Passanger List
Private event requests
Event guest lists
Induvidual payment records
We do not know how much was leaked, but I fear most of the data was downloaded successfully.
I will personaly continue investigating on this matter.
Best regards:
Andrew Wells

Having received both reports regarding the cargo loss incident I am satisfied that it was indeed an accident, albeit an avoidable one. In response to the disappointing lack of judgement I am afraid that both Miss Shino and Mr Felix will be docked their company bonuses for this fiscal year, this punishment will also extend to the maintainance crew and dock manger who allowed the Felixstowe to launch in such an appauling state.
The ship in question will be sent to Southampton Shipyards for decommissioning and scrapping, the proceeds and penalities will be used to purchase another vessel for our logistics department.
Mr Felix, you will be assigned another vessel with the understanding that another failing of good judgement on your part will result in your immediate dismissal.

Good morning!
I am happy to report that then first tour of the OSC|Barbados was successful, apart from having some difficultes with trade lane docking. This will be investigated upon returning to Curacao within a few days.
