I'm surprised that someone asked me, out of all people, PvP related questions but they were fairly simple. I helped a few more with technical questions such as the status of the Corvo as a cruiser on the server, or teaching someone about the /r command. Unfortunately, there was one troublemaker who was just shooting newbies next of Erie, and he was unwilling to do any efforts whatsoever to reform. Oh well.
Only received three questions in all the 3 hours I was online. They were fairly simple except but one, which concerned PoBs and their Core limitation in mining fields where water is mined. Other than that, was a fun and interactive day!
This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

Sat around a bit to see who can I help out. Answered a couple of easy questions before encountering a barely English speaking Russian. I tried my best to help him, we had a long conversation on skype, wont include it here though.
First shift today. Helped (and sometimes asked myself if they needed help) people around. Questions about gun mounting and placement, PvP death and so on. Even a question about mining fields. Also saw some pew around Penny, including Nergal wiping out a carrier, bcruiser and a snub before being blown up. Overall, a rather nice and interesting 'first shift'!
"It's not a compliment, it's a matter of fact. I never saw you whining about stuff when it didn't go your way, you never do ooRP-arranged stuff, you're active, you're good at playing your character ingame and you're neutral enough to not end up as a clown infront of the community."

Latest shifts were rather empty (aside from a big Angel reunion, featuring @Venkman, @Skorak, @Dimon and others-had to bring rules to AFC if I recall correctly ) from the help point of view.
Yesterday, when I popped in, I shifted with Cael, that was online at that moment.
And I did help a couple people.

EDIT: Check the skype chat for a pic I took in the angel reunion
