----------
Mr. O'Howell,
I am sure sure you do know what this transmission is about. Either way I'll put it across formally for you.
In co-operation with the Fifth Fleet, taking in consideration the recent transmissions from them regarding you and your vessel, as well as what I have personally witnessed your actions are against the Republic of Liberty as listed below.
First: A complete disregard of superior's and ranking officer's orders, In this case direct orders from me personally and Admiral Jack O'Neill of the 5th fleet.
You have affiliated yourself with entities that showed hostility towards the Navy, putting the lives of many good officers in danger, including me personally as well as Admiral O'Neill.
Second being the usage of a homeland warship, The.Cincinnati, an Overlord-class Liberty Dreadnought to achieve these goals taking in consideration any other wrong doings you may or may have not committed with that ship.
Third is Causing unjustified and unnecessary damage, and a complete waste of resources for the Liberty Navy.
In short of words, such actions are acts of treachery, treason, which marks you as a defector, a traitor.
I will not take lightly to such actions and they will not be left uncondemned in any way.
- You will moor the Cincinnati with Norfolk shipyard.
- Yourself and affiliates will disembark from the ship and will be arrested on board Norfolk.
- You will be tried for your actions against the Republic of Liberty.
Failure to comply will result in your vessel and yourself being declared enemies of the Republic.

[10.12.2015 22:08:17] 5th|Jack.O'neill: On the system channel of New York.
[10.12.2015 22:08:23] 5th|Jack.O'neill: 2 days ago.

[10.12.2015 22:08:55] 5th|Jack.O'neill: No. It's government property
[10.12.2015 22:09:25] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Liberty government would never sell a functioning battleship to anyone
[10.12.2015 22:09:32] 5th|Jack.O'neill: I tried to buy the Odyssey.
[10.12.2015 22:09:32] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Government wouldn't have been so cruel to let me continue to pilot this bag of memories if it wasn't mine.
[10.12.2015 22:09:48] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Well you are still flying as a navy officer
[10.12.2015 22:10:03] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Don't forget that.
[13:11:36] Jack: [10.12.2015 23:22:32] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Good day, gents.
[10.12.2015 23:22:44] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Now will end his career, as a traitor
[10.12.2015 23:23:01] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: I see you're sorting out some old disputes..
[10.12.2015 23:23:10] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Ah greetings
[10.12.2015 23:23:10] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Yes. We are, Captain.
[10.12.2015 23:23:29] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Just managing a small patrol through the systems and seeing the sights.
[10.12.2015 23:23:37] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Well not exactly.
[10.12.2015 23:23:39] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Captain of the Cincinnati, I believe your direction is deviating you a bit from the course.
[10.12.2015 23:24:00] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Maverick. Do you really want to do this?
[10.12.2015 23:24:09] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: On another note, I noticed your shields were running low.
[10.12.2015 23:24:21] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Something going on I need to be aware of?
[10.12.2015 23:24:33] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Some malfunctions in the ship, captain. Took a hard hit from a Ransur recently.
[10.12.2015 23:24:52] 5th|Jack.O'neill: So.
[10.12.2015 23:25:09] 5th|Jack.O'neill: My your last chance to give up Maverick.
[10.12.2015 23:25:09] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Happens to us all.
[10.12.2015 23:25:28] The.Cincinnati: Mav: And yes. O'Neill. We are. And we'll return with that mans head, mounted on the Mortar for all to see.
[10.12.2015 23:25:34] 5th|Jack.O'neill: And there it went.
[10.12.2015 23:25:40] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Now if I may ask what is this dispute about?
[10.12.2015 23:25:57] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: You know the navy needs both of you men intact. Especially in times like these.
[10.12.2015 23:26:22] The.Cincinnati: Mav: This gent here thinks I'm delusional. You know how it goes when one's been in service for so long.
[10.12.2015 23:26:34] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Commodore Maverick O'Howell. In the name of the Republic of Liberty you are now under arrest.
[10.12.2015 23:26:42] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Talking about Gallia, and Nomadic entities...
[10.12.2015 23:26:48] The.Cincinnati: Mav: See what I'm talking about?
[10.12.2015 23:27:07] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Please.. hold your engines.
[10.12.2015 23:27:35] 5th|Jack.O'neill: You gave me no choice Maverick.
[10.12.2015 23:27:44] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: I'm going to need a clarification on this matter.
[10.12.2015 23:27:53] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Do you wish for us to drop shields so you can come aboard and arrest me, Jack?
[10.12.2015 23:28:22] 5th|Jack.O'neill: You need to drop your shields before you can cloack so your shields are perfectly fine for now.
[10.12.2015 23:28:23] 5th|Jack.O'neill: So
[10.12.2015 23:28:47] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Clarrification, As I said. This pilot, once a former admiral of mine.
[10.12.2015 23:29:00] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Now is one of you going to explain me -exactly- what's goin' on?
[10.12.2015 23:29:06] The.Cincinnati: Mav: He's acting as If I've done something wrong, sir.
[10.12.2015 23:29:15] 5th|Jack.O'neill: You and your crew are to answer for planning the theft of the LNS-Cinncinatti.
[10.12.2015 23:29:17] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: I'm fixin' to help ya boys.
[10.12.2015 23:29:37] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Make that ma'am. So what's the case?
[10.12.2015 23:29:48] 5th|Jack.O'neill: And planning on defecting from the Liberty navy.
[10.12.2015 23:30:02] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Theft? Why no. This was issued to me to command, Jack.
[10.12.2015 23:30:02] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Desertion?
[10.12.2015 23:30:08] 5th|Jack.O'neill: The blackbox of my ship recorded everything.
[10.12.2015 23:30:24] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Yet that ship still belongs to the Navy.
[10.12.2015 23:30:28] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Its not your propety
[10.12.2015 23:30:47] The.Cincinnati: Mav: And we are well aware of that. Odyssey is one of such.
[10.12.2015 23:31:09] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Yet you planned on stealing the ship.
[10.12.2015 23:31:27] The.Cincinnati: Mav: This ship is to be going undercover in the Omega's, captain. And is to be used as a vessel of ordinance and refuge.
[10.12.2015 23:31:29] 5th|Jack.O'neill: I don't need you to say it again you said it enough times back in kepler.
[[10.12.2015 23:31:50] 5th|Jack.O'neill: It's useless Maverick.
[10.12.2015 23:31:51] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Omegas?
[10.12.2015 23:32:08] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: A lone Navy dreadnaught in the omeagas?
[10.12.2015 23:32:24] The.Cincinnati: Mav: That is correct, Sir. With enough power to be hidden and supplied for weeks.
[10.12.2015 23:32:25] 5th|Jack.O'neill: He just wants to steal the ship just so he can have his personal revenge on someone.
[10.12.2015 23:32:55] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Don't fool arround Maverick.
[10.12.2015 23:32:59] The.Cincinnati: Mav: That's only because we were talking about a gent we both disliked. That captain of the Pegasus will be found.
[10.12.2015 23:33:51] 5th|Jack.O'neill: As i said earlier, Maverick. The Cincinnati will not leave Liberty.
[10.12.2015 23:34:42] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Now having a lone battleship in the Omegas is a no-go. I'm affraid. There's all kinds of stuff lurking around there.
[10.12.2015 23:34:50] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Oh, Jack. You care more for the ship than your own brother-in-arms.
[10.12.2015 23:35:12] The.Cincinnati: Mav: "Oh maverick, please, don't go with the ship. You can go sure... Just not the ship".
[13:12:22] Jack: [10.12.2015 23:35:18] 5th|Jack.O'neill: I only care for the people of Liberty
[10.12.2015 23:35:27] The.Cincinnati: Mav: I KNEW IT!
[10.12.2015 23:35:43] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Something I've been waiting for, for years.
[10.12.2015 23:35:54] The.Cincinnati: Mav: and it Finally hits the surface!
[10.12.2015 23:35:54] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Easy there boys. On another note, what is your intention in the omegas?
[10.12.2015 23:36:23] 5th|Jack.O'neill: He wants to go there to kill Joshua Hunt, for ruining his life and a bunch of other stuff
[10.12.2015 23:36:31] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Black ops. Some gents have been galavanting around and come to my attention.
[10.12.2015 23:36:57] The.Cincinnati: Mav: They possess immence amounts of intel and it could be a problem if it grew into something more.
[10.12.2015 23:37:03] 5th|Jack.O'neill: BULLSH*static.**
[10.12.2015 23:37:04] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: I believe I do have clearance for that.
[10.12.2015 23:37:22] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: fill in the blanks for me.
[10.12.2015 23:37:54] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Go ahead Maverick. Tell him the full story
[10.12.2015 23:37:56] The.Cincinnati: Mav: I don't know much. But the group is said to hoard things. I haven't been told what type of intel they have.
[10.12.2015 23:37:58] 5th|Jack.O'neill: At some point
[10.12.2015 23:38:10] 5th|Jack.O'neill: He will be informed
[10.12.2015 23:38:39] The.Cincinnati: Mav: But based on what I've heard. And the things Jack and I know of a large superweapon, Then it's an issue.
[10.12.2015 23:39:09] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: Tell me more about this group please..
[10.12.2015 23:39:21] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Joshua Hunt is the man behind it. And he's a wanted man as it is. Cincinnati would be the station where I base my-

[10.12.2015 23:39:58] The.Cincinnati: subterfuge. The group has no name. They haven't told me anything of their group but they are the Aegis initiative.

[10.12.2015 23:42:21] 5th|Jack.O'neill: May i suggest Z-21?
[10.12.2015 23:42:29] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Correct. Confidential and hush hush laughs
[10.12.2015 23:42:44] The.Cincinnati: Mav: Hush I said chuckles
[10.12.2015 23:42:53] [LN]-LNS-Florida.Keys: Fieldson: slight grin Set course for Norfolk Shipyard if you may. I will lead.
[10.12.2015 23:43:02] 5th|Jack.O'neill: Go ahead Maverick
10.12.2015 23:45:50] The.Cincinnati: Mav: The time has come.... and to think... I didn't get a shot of rochester... Or Bethlehem. Oh deary...
[10.12.2015 23:46:05] The.Cincinnati: Cloaked and proceeding.

Oooh, Espionage. Inciting violence... Well. So. Let me get this straight....
*Maverick composes himself in a posture mimicking a "Business man"*
Ahem... *stereotyped "professional" Voice* Turn yourself in, Mister O'Howell, and allow us to arrest you and put you on trail. Just come walking in if you will! Save us the trouble of hunting you down.
*Maverick looks at the camera and smiles, before the grin turns to serious, and he puts his hands on the console in front of him*
I don't think so. You fellow's are going to earn your money and salary today. This is MY ship. This crew... They follow me. They respect me. They have been in my hands since I had to recruit more. You know.... These 200 men.... They're something. You know what they do for me? What's that say there... I can't see it...
*Sylus: Uh, Fieldson. Harriet Fieldson, Mav.*
Miss Fieldson. I don't recall you. I don't know you. I'm sure you don't know me. But I know Jack does. Ol' Jack.....
Oh. Right. The Crew... They show me the respect of authority not just as the captain of the ship. But as their own family. THEY. Treat me like Family, Miss Fieldson. Jack... He was so nice. He was a good man. But he treated me not as a brother. Not as a third in command Miss fieldson. He treated me with mistrust. Disregarded the things that happened to the Nasty 'Natti as if it was child's play and menial.
*Maverick turns around. Pausing for a few seconds. then snapping back around in anger*
I LOST A LOT OF GOOD BROTHERS THAT DAY MISS FIELDSON! A hundred and forty plus..... Of good, outstanding, trustworthy, brothers.... I knew each one. Just as I did Jack.... I trusted them with my life as they did me.... And Jack.... He didn't offer much of a condolence or a batted eye. He went on with his own agenda. My second in command flew a ship on loan from Baltimore. The Tarpon Springs. It ran so much to that little toy they had within Zone 21. Couldn't even get into my own fleets front doors. Know why?
Well. They didn't trust their own Third in command. For no reason. None at all. For days we would sit in the ship. WAITING. to be let in. I got tired of it. Tired of the two-face and denial. Even the Civilians. HATE most if not all naval captains. You know that?
That fleet... *Maverick laughs and snarks in Hysteria* They trusts it's recruits over it's own brothers of blood. You see.. Little Jackie was so headstrong Miss Harriet. You've not been shot by Jack's little baby... You know... 9 Millimeter rounds don't seem like much *Maverick rubs his legs, Pulling up a pant leg, showing old gunshot scars. Not looking like something from a plasma bolt, but like an old war wound.*
I don't think he told you everything that he should have Uh.... Harriet. He only told you what he wanted you to hear.
Yes. I intended to use the ship to extract vengeance on the man who cost me 140 good lives. Then. Wait. And sleep. As a back strike to Gallia. But. Plans change. We just want freedom. See, Just after the divorce from that scandalous witch I left in Liberty with you, I cashed in on an old trust fund. I can supply for my ship and crew. It's all I have left. My old fiance took my daughters. The Ex Wife took my house... We're not coming back to Liberty. I spent so much time on this ship that it has become my home. *Maverick motions an arm behind him.* Their home. *Maverick turns center, with both arms wide* OUR. Home. So let us recap. Shall we?
*Maverick lowers his arms and adjusts his posture, pulling both hands up, starting with index finger crossing the other*
Number one. The Cincinnati almost destroyed. *Maverick pops up a second finger, placing the first finger on that, continuing down to the thumb with each, and eventually moving to the other hand*
Two. Many good men, killed because of one man.
Three. The Man who caused that, is alive.
My own fleet, turns against me.
My wife divorces me and takes everything.
My daughters taken from me.
Liberty ITSELF, it's own civilian populous disrespects most Naval Captains.
Trying me for Espionage. We had no intention of relinquishing this ship to anyone. But alright.
A count of Violence. For a fight we didn't even start. Okay. We'll go with that.
And fleeing an officer. Well. Yeah. We'll take that one.
And you want me... To come strolling in with my home... and just leave it behind for a court martial and a prison number of high treason; and subject all 200 men that backed my decision to the fullest of loyalty, wanting to start over their lives as well to the same outcome? *Spits and scowls at the screen* We have nothing in Liberty waiting but old memories and a heartaches. We're free out here, Harriet. And we won't give up freedom just at whim of you or that fool-hearty Jack O'Neill. *Maverick turns his back to the video screen. arms stretched out once more* Am I right Gentleman?
*The crew of the Cincinnati begin to cheer proudly. The sound of those men is almost overwhelming. The crew, cleary hold Maverick it High regard. Maverick turns back around slowly, with a large, sly, half smiled grin. Saying one more thing before cutting the Transmission.* To Freedom.

----------
Mr. O'Howell,
Perhaps that is how going by the books would be. So before filling the papers let me have a word away from the bureaucracies. Before I contacted Jack I was wondering whether we had lost a man, or simply just a ship. And freedom. A part of that freedom is also the freedom to making the wrong choice. Or perhaps that freedom is not even yours. You are not alone there. I was personally there to see your affiliates. Not that I know much about them, mercs or not, you better be on your toes. The borderworlds are like a wasteland sometimes.
I have heard about you. I have heard of your incident on that day. I was commanding the Texas Armada back then, and I sure remember authorizing the special forces in conducting a search and rescue operation.
Now I won't go on and about here about ego preservation or how renegade space-roamers disrespect the navy officers, or a lot of topics we could spend days discussing to no conclusions. But you have my sincere condolences for your losses and every person would show a form of regret for someone who would have to go through all that. We have all lost good servicemen and loved ones, but I tell you, such would take a toll on anyone.
That however does not change nor justify the facts. So from what you're telling me I can already see you have made up your mind. Perhaps it's a shame having to go out like that. But either way, I don't like loose ends nor will I have any.
Enjoy your "freedom" while it lasts, Captain O'Howell.

Who said anything about borderworlds? We could be in Edgeworlds as far as it's concerned. Your words are kind, Miss Harriet. Even if deemed just talk to a "dead man's" ear. Enjoy it... While it lasts? You say? Well, It can last as long as you wish it. Depends on how hard you want to fight for it. What would you do, Harriet? Faced with Freedom or imprisonment, Which would you choose? Would you try to start new, with your crew coming along as well, or would you captain that crew and send them to prison with you? As a captain, I hold the lives of these 200 men. Their future belongs to me. These men also hold my life in their ability to follow me. You may have had crew that were close to you. You may have had people you loved that you have lost. But I can promise you there is something you never had. A family as large as the one on my ship.
So... no loose ends and you won't have any. So here's what you do. Consider the Cincinnati Killed in Action. Write this ship off as destroyed. Crew dead. And the ship not found. Leave us be. Unless you intend to hunt the Cincinnati and put us on the bench and bar. Then consider the ship a fugitive of Liberty. We won't be back. However.... There is one parting gift I can give you. They gave me the "Initiative" to get out and be free. Free of the holds and laws of Liberty. Free of the invasion and house parties. Free of the life we all had.
SENDER ID: FADM Harriet Fieldson ::: Liberty Navy, First Fleet RECEIVER ID: Maverick O'Howell - The.Cincinatti SENT ON: 30 (Wednesday) ::: 12 (December) ::: 822 A.S. SUBJECT: RE: Freedom.. ENCRYPTION:HIGH PRIORITY:Urgent.
----------
Mr. O'Howell,
"They"? WHo do you refer to as "They" O'Howell? "Initiative"? O'Howell, you may want to open your eyes. I'm given the impression you are being deluded by whoever is influencing you. The hold and laws of Liberty? Liberty does not bare such name for no reason. It is the very house that has long represented Freedom and Opporunity throughout the ages. The Laws enforced by the Navy are it's protectors, against all those who endanger our people's freedom, safety and our very way of life. The life of a Navy officer is never easy, as we take it upon ourselves, to make sure that the others are protected. I am absolutely sure you knew what you were doing when you first signed your enlistment document. Little would you care.
There are also quite some other ways to achieve this freedom. Leaves me thinking that you've got something planned. Perhaps I may be finding my answers.
Borderworlds, Edgeworlds, Omegas, little does it matter O'Howell. I'm not going to repeat myself. I will do what I must.
