I've seen an economy of sorts like this in the Hamburg City mod (Or was that a totally different system entirely?) But i remember it being the commodity prices would vary as time went on. I can't remember how it was varied though, perhaps that was just a thing set by the Admins of the server. Been a while since i played on that server/mod..

a dynamic economies however it has its downside..one of the biggest problem will be buy/sell points and prices that just dont adds up in rp and can create some awkward situation with its price per second profit...and then there's the problem of not having hot spots for activity...such the border worlds between houses that are good for piracy and the like,,etc
the only upside i see for that plugin is having dynamic prices?and for that too work too characters will have to map all the sirius if they want to know the prices,it does sounds like the plugin was designed for a mod with only a 'trader ID' and therefor not one that requires you to have more than one trader account
