Let's make it quick an snappy shall we, started our usual patrol paths within Stuttgart, moving towards Omega 7 jumpgate coming across a weaken Hessian "Vidar" Cruiser, so immediately taking consideration what threat this could be to passing by transporters as it was sat on the lanes. Ordering my crew to battlestations to open fire and destroying the ship within moment, minimal damage was taken.
Will let the attachments speak for them selves on this one.

Meine Damen und Herren,
I have herein compliled everything noteworthy that happened during my patrols. I was most surprised when, only shortly after I left Strausberg, I happened upon a rather peculiar ship. Upon inquiry, it granted permission for me to scan its cargo hold, revealing a rather sizable amount of assorted small side arms therein, which, under Art. 3 §1.1. are designated Restricted Cargo in Rheinland space. I asked for his license whereupon the captain replied that he had not know that one was necessary. However, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it.
I must say I am glad he yielded as I requested he drop his cargo and pay the fine — in accordance to Art. 3 §1.3. of the Rheinland Federal Law —, for I did not quite pack the punch required to combat his vessel if need be. He had already acquiesced as Herr Kaiser on the Landau arrived. Voice recordings and cargo scans are attached below.
[21.03.2016 22:28:47] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Junker ship, please cut your engines for a moment.
[21.03.2016 22:28:51] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Howdy.
[21.03.2016 22:29:31] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: I request permission to scan your cargo hold, sir.
[21.03.2016 22:29:49] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Sure thing.
[21.03.2016 22:29:55] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Ain't got nothin to hide.
[21.03.2016 22:30:38] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Quite the arsenal of small weapons. May I know where they are headed?
[21.03.2016 22:31:20] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Omega-3, Freeport 1.
[21.03.2016 22:32:15] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Side Arms are restricted goods under Article 1 of Trade Regulations of Rheinland law.
[21.03.2016 22:32:29] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Do you have a license?
[21.03.2016 22:33:14] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: I done checked Rheinland laws fore I picked em up. Ain't seen nothin bout no restricted goods.
[21.03.2016 22:34:18] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Sir, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. You are hereby charged to drop the cargo and pay a fine unless you-
[21.03.2016 22:34:23] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: provide a license.
[21.03.2016 22:35:10] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: I'll drop em, but I done checked yer laws.
[21.03.2016 22:35:54] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Thank you for your cooperation, sir.
[21.03.2016 22:36:13] [RM-RNC]Landau: Kaiser: Guten Tag, this is Hauptmann Roland Kaiser of the Rheinland cruiser Landau.
[21.03.2016 22:36:24] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Howdy.
[21.03.2016 22:36:25] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: If you don't believe me, I will tell you the exact law that was violated for you to make sure for yourself that I speak true.
[21.03.2016 22:36:48] [RM-RNC]Landau: Kaiser: Is there a problem Herr Steinweg?
[21.03.2016 22:37:07] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: No, actually. This gentleman has been surprisingly cooperative.
[21.03.2016 22:37:13] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: I'd appreciate it. I done checked the lists. Ain't seen nothin bout Side Arms.
[21.03.2016 22:37:44] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Blackmarket Munitions, sure. But not Side Arms.
[21.03.2016 22:38:05] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: It is Article Three: Trade Regulations. Paragraph 1.1. Side Arms may only be carried with Restricted Cargo License.
[21.03.2016 22:38:34] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Send a comm to the Rheinland Federal Police in case you are interested in legally ferrying these goods, sir.
[21.03.2016 22:38:44] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Well, I'll be havin a look at that later then.
[21.03.2016 22:38:52] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: There is a channel dedicated to that.
[21.03.2016 22:39:32] [RM-RNC]Landau: first let me log my cruiser.
[21.03.2016 22:39:47] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Now, bout this here fine bein levied?
[21.03.2016 22:39:59] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: How much I be owin y'all?
[21.03.2016 22:40:01] [VF]-Grunzochse: Sabine: Guten abend sir.
[21.03.2016 22:40:06] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Yes.
[21.03.2016 22:40:09] [RM-RNC]Landau: Kaiser: Guten abend.
[21.03.2016 22:40:54] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: That would be 4.170.000 million credits fine, normally, but that is halved because you lacked the license and did not smuggle.
[21.03.2016 22:41:22] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: 2.085.000, sir.
[21.03.2016 22:41:56] .:j:.Clymene|Bill: Send it to you, or y'all have a specific ship to be sendin it to?
[21.03.2016 22:41:58] [RM-RNC]Landau: Kaiser: I see the situation is under your control Herr. Steinweg.
[21.03.2016 22:42:32] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Ja, Herr Kaiser. I appreciated your presence greatly, though.
[21.03.2016 22:42:56] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: My account will be just fine, sir. These are all Rheinland assets, after all.
[21.03.2016 22:44:06] You have received 2.085.000 credits from .:j:.Clymene|Bill
[21.03.2016 22:44:44] [RM]Fl.Kaspar.Steinweg: Thank you for your cooperation. Please proceed, sir. If you are interested in a Restricted Cargo License-

Guten abend, Flieger Verstappen, reporting.
Yesterday I took off from the Strausberg and I joined with herr Frederick Klose for a patrol duty around Stuttgart, Omega-11, Frankfurt and Munich. Nothing wrong so far.
However, as we reached Nuremberg's orbit, my radar detected a strange satellite placed behind the planet. We investigated, soon to find a supply warehouse occupied and manned by the Bundschuh. I manage to take little evidence and to leave unnoticed. However, my evidence was all lost during a system reboot. Off-duty, in civilian clothes and identifications, I used a small Stargazer (that I already destroyed for security reasons) to go back in there, undercover, and remake the evidence. I managed to find stocks of Bundschuh identification papers, as well as 'Luger' cannons and turrets used by our enemies. Also I managed to identify the local weapon dealer, supply quartermaster and local bartender. After having re-gathered enough evidence, I left, undisturbed and unnoticed, and docked on Inglostadt.

Today, I started my patrol from Planet New Berlin, having Flieger Kaspar Steinweg, Gefreiter Marcus Claus and Feldwebel Freyr Landers on my wing. Our patrol was all clear, until we arrived to Planet Nuremberg. Our first goal of the patrol was to check any Bundschuh activity near the Planet, as we recently got report's of hostile weapon depot. As we flew pass Ingolstadt Station, Synth Foods transport undocked. Carring Military Vehicles in his cargohold. As i scanned him first and sough the contraband i hailed him,but he allready charged his cruise engines. I cruised right behind him. As he finally stoped, other military personnel allready joined the scene. Feldwebel Landers was on his warning with CD, if he tryed to run again. When he started to respond to me, i told him that Military Vehicles are Contraband in Rheinland, with some exceptions, witch were not applied for that vessel. After we allready wanted to put that vessel away, because he didn't want to drop that cargo, he started to make his run to Ingolstadt Station. We put our weapons to fire and attacked the transport, but he was well prepared, so he got away.
While pilots charged on the transport, i took time to put that vessel into my register, so i can report it to Rheinland Federal Polizei for further actions.
We regrouped and proceeded with a quick pass around the Planet Nurember. After we finished our patrol, Feldwebel Landers took Steinweg and Claus with him for further training with Wraith, and i returned to our HQ to file a report to Rheinwehr register.

Major Fischer reporting in.
At 1730 today, we were ordered to patrol the Dresden system and search for possible Hessian activity. I was in charge of my brand new heavy cruiser, the Weimar and headed to the Straussberg where I met with the bomber squadron, namely
Gefreiter Hauser
Gefreiter Verstappen
Gefreiter Kohan
Flieger Steinweg
Our patrol started around 1745, when we were heading to the wreck of Pirna border station, then the vicinity of the currently occupied Leipzig station. Since no hostiles were present in the area, I ordered the patrol to the northern part of the system. We entered the nebula with caution where we found what we were looking for, hessians. Moments later, a Vidar class cruiser showed up out of nowhere. After some exchange of views, I ordered the bomber pilots to engage the Vidar from long range and so the Weimar did to speed up the whole process.
After the destruction of the Hessian vessel "Florian Geyer" a Bundschuh strike wing showed up, mainly Bergelmir class bombers. Flieger Steinweg had to eject from his Wraith before it ran into two mines, we got his escape pod and transfered the Flieger to Straussberg after the battle. Needles to say, the rebels were dying like flies, their action was pretty dumb, desperate. I advise gunboat pilots to be careful though, don't attempt to face such a swarm without proper escort. The rest of our unit returned to Straussberg unharmed after we cleared the area.
That's all for now.
Signed,
Major Andreas Fischer

This is a patrol report which is a few days old. Firstly the patrol started at Planet Stuttgart where Admiral Peter von Braun was leading a fighter wing. I believe he was speaking with the BDM about something, am not sure what. But moments later the BDM left the scene and a squadron of infected turn up. The Military Wing was ordered to engage at all costs and we soon open fired being out numbered. Shortly later a few more pilots turned up and I gave the ordered to protect our Admiral as he was there target at the time.
This give our pilots enough time to damage and destroy a few infected, all kill confirms are registered towards the end of this report. The Admiral did have a mine malfunction but was tractored in via myself, ontop of that i managed to pick up some very unusal cargo. It was a "Nomad Power Cell" It is still within my cargo bay on my Wraith, I will leave it there until further notice. I do have a secondary Wraith for backup. So that will be my normal patrol fighter from this moment forward until scans and research is done.

Guten abend. Verstappen, reporting for duty.
Today I took off from the Strausberg in my Berglemir and patrolled New Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and, finally, Hamburg.
In Hamburg, approx. 9k from the Westfalen, I detected 3 ships: - Johannes.Shwarzemberg, a Military friendly pilot, in its Wraith; - BHD|Vanessa:Vogt, in its Loki LF - Melenchon, in a Stork train, a smuggler. I suggest adding him to the Criminal Database.
When I arrived on the scene, I quickly scanned the Stork, only to see a cargo full of Black Market Munitions. And from the scans, it seems a part of the cargo had been dropped already.
While herr Shwarzemberg dealt with the BHD vessel, I applied the laws of Rheinland, forcing the ship to drop its cargo, which was immediately destroyed.
Then, on the request to pay the fine for hauling contraband in Rheinland, he quickly deemed me a 'pirate' and said that since I was no Police, he wouldn't have paid. I reminded me that even the Military can enforce laws in Rheinland as the Police does. He didn't want to listen to reason. I did deplete his shields, giving him one last chance to pay the fine. I received a not-so-pleasing answer from him, and I was forced to bring down the hammer of justice on him. As I distrupted tactically the lanes to prevent him to use them, he tried to dock on the Westfalen itself. I contacted the dockmaster to block all mooring points quickly. A well-aimed shot of my Panzerfaust made the job done. After ending the trader, I tractored and brought him on the Westfalen where it still is under custody. After this, I rushed to herr Shwarzemberg's last location, only to not find him in my radars. I scanned the nearby area throroughly, but I couldn't make contact with him anymore with him. Nowhere to be seen.
I then ended my patrol in Hamburg, on the Westfalen. Attachments below.

Guten abend. Verstappen, reporting for duty.
Today I took off from the Strausberg in my Berglemir again and patrolled Hamburg and New Berlin.
As I arrived in the orbit of New Berlin, I detected a Kusarian 'Big Dragon'-class transporter going by the callsign of misiek.
He hauled Toxic Waste, so nothing wrong until now. What it tingled me were two things:
1 - Where he was taking that waste;
2 - Why a Freelancer IDed vessel sporting KNF IFF was travelling in the middle of Rheinland.
I asked him where he was headed with the waste. He didn't answer, even though he tried to escape. Instead, he docked on New Berlin, evading me after I disabled the trade lane to prevent him from proceeding.
In order to intercept me, I docked as well, with him taking space shortly after. Instead of landing, I followed him outside again and asked the aforementioned question once again. He tried to evade me once more, and I again disrupted his engines as well as the trade lane, trying to head for the Strausberg.
However, he did stop...and started firing on me. I was forced to terminate his vessel and destroy his cargo.
My Berglemir received minor hull damage, and it is being patched up on New Berlin, where I terminated my patrol.
I know I did my job, so I don't regret having acted like this. If someone doesn't comply with Rheinlandic armed forces (be it RFP, BDM or us RM) he is subject to termination.
