Read my post carefully. It is not something you can make a comparison to. Wisp raid Alpha, gain activity for themselves and the rest of the server. It's within their ID lines and their RP.
Taking this away from them will needlessly harm the faction. There is no positive enforcement, only negative.
Am, was there an actual fight or other proper activity?

If that's the case, I want the "Can engage freely" line back on the K'Hara ID
That's not the same thing and you know it. That line lead to sanctions and was destructive to gameplay and RP. In fact it actually lead to the specific Corp they targetted to start logging in less frequently.

Cryer still can demand cardamine which is reflects the actual RP of struggle against the drug, attacking random armed groups of LR or Outcasts is something that making less sense.
To respond to this very quickly. Firstly, I did say that restricting that line may make sense.
And secondly, if Cryer as a whole is trying to combat cardamine which it (from my point of view) sees as both a social and economic problem, why would they put effort into creating a "cure", spend large amounts of time to stop the occasional transport, and then just completely ignore the vast and organised support network in place for the distribution of the drug?

There would be if Cross didn't try ganking them with 10 Ranseurs every time they wanted to create activity because Scourge and the CC bandwagon feel their integrity is being threatening.

No, because no Outcast or GC faction was willing to put up a healthy fight that would be beneficial in activity to both sides.

Therefore, I fail to see how a line like that is necessary for a faction's survival. There are plenty of opportunities out there for RP. Claiming that removing this one aspect will kill the faction means that the faction in question is extremely narrow-minded and one-dimensional.
That's a very poor comparison. The "can engage Outcasts" line is the main draw that makes the Cryer ID attractive to some, as it's an otherwise subpar corporate ID with mediocre diplomacy and strict RP restrictions for cargo.
Removing that line is akin to lowering the 5k cargo limit for USI, that is removing the primary reason for people to consider using the ID rather than another.

Excuse me, last fight with GC that I can recall was 2v2 (HF&VHF vs 2 VHFs). Well Outcasts are having their way.

Happens when you catch lone transports in a fighter or bomber. I wouldn't call that healthy either.

Okay, I stand corrected. That happened two times that I can recall. However if the line about engaging GC is removed, then those fights could not happen anymore.
