I'd try to answer a few questions about the group itself, I find it's a lot easier thinking about symbology for that sort of thing once the background is fleshed out a bit.
Where do they come from/where they're based?
Lawful/Unlawful/Quasi?
Is the group old/new, rich/poor, sophisticated/brutish, honorable/backstabbing?
Are they related to a vanilla faction? (might be able to incorporate elements/ideas from an existing logo)
Even the group's name/tag can be a really good starting point to spark off an idea.
For example, a group of ex-Lib Navy pilots might have quite a swish-looking "military" logo, maybe with some elements of Liberty's House flag included.
On the other hand a bunch of ex-convicts might go for something a bit more grungy, maybe some almost "piratey" looking symbology.

Err... hope that was sort of some help
1)They don't have precise origins. The members will have different origins.
2)QuasiLawful
3)It depends on the members who will are part of group
4)They will use Civilian/Border world ships
5)The tag will depend on the name, that I don't know how I can name it yet.
6)The group will "Make contract" with anyone (Corporations, Factions, and House Nations)
I've always been a fan of the Junker Marauders logo, for example.
Perhaps you can follow the same idea - stylized slithoute, two/three color palette, something grey and white and X.
Perhaps a gun or blaster of sorts, crossed-out insignia of an existing NPC faction, something along those lines.

PSA: If you have been having stutter/FPS lag on Disco where it does not run as smoothly as other games, please look at the fix here: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...pid2306502

Beh, I've thought it... but I believe that it is too mainstream in this periods...

Forcing yourself to be deliberately hipster just to be hipster is not a very good way to go about things.
If something is mainstream, it means it works. And to be honest, the idea spazzy put forward has been mainstream since the Roman empire and the invention of flags. And people that tried to be hipster about it produced atrocities like this
