Well, i got right now a freelancer ID, but, i want to know about those "house laws", what are they exactly?
And about contraband items, can they be found around the world? I just like the idea about treasure hunting.

Treasure hunting is possible. You can find and salvage wrecks of destroyed ships, they are marked as red crosses in navmap and usually located in remote systems. Thus you can acquire enhanced weapons (aka codenamed) and some amounts of different cargo, including 'illegal' stuff like cardamine and artifacts. However, the amounts of cargo salvaged from wrecks usually are pretty low, tens to hundreds of units.
Your ID ( among other things ) maily decide what you are .
If you have trader ID , you can land on lots of law bases for trade , but you will often be target for pirate players .
If you have pirate ID you can pirate players and NPC , but you will be chased by law police and such .
If you have ID like police or army , you can keep order and catch pirates ans smugglers .
If you are smuggler , you can trade with contraband , which is generally more profitable , but you risk to be cought by both pirates and law players .
If you are miner you can mine different ore for your self or other players .
You cann attack NPC and other players in either version , under condition you follow rules printed on your ID .
Example , as Pirate you can destroy NPC for cargo , and demand money and cargo from Players , even destroy them if they refuse but you must first tell them you will attack them , no sneak attack , but as trader you cant freely attack other players , unless your faction is in war with some other faction and on ID specificity say you can pirate specific ships .
Choice is big , contact me by PM in game if you want some in -chat tips and advices . I am in game on on my sasapinjic3 character now !
