An Interspace logo was preceeding the video transmission which then showed Michael Dean in his Newark office. He didn't look very pleased and stood up before talking.

"Good day to you. I was told that you would be the proper recipient for this transmission. We were on a business flight to Bonn and then Manhattan when our travel was crudely interrupted and more than just my confidence in the newly upliving trade relations was shaken today." He took a deep breath and then turned around to show of one of his beloved video windows. The window turned black and then showed an image of the Monopoly, his mobile headquarters. Some marked sections were flashing red or yellow.

"As you can see our ship has been severely damaged, nearly destroyed I was told if not for the quick reacting of Captain Morell. I hope the severety of the situation is clear even though I appear calm to you. Me and a hundred people could have died today. In the Trade Lanes that were deemed safe."

"As I take it our ship was cleared for departure from New Berlin when we encountered a mining vessel, IN THE LANE!" He lost his calm for a moment but quickly regained his posture.

"Recordings say that the race has been authorised by the Police and that the responsibles will be paying for all repairs happening due to the race. That will be the least we require. My secretary will include the bill with this transmission. I also want to know who is responsible for such a mess and danger. My ship is at Baltimore for emergency repairs before it will move to Renzu. This is certainly not a cheap matter."

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter vice president Dean. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei, we already met and talked about this incident on New Berlin´s orbit during the race event.

It is unfortunate that any accident happened, we tried our best to prevent such situation. However the compensation demand is surprising because you didn´t report any damage or problems - in case you would, there was shipyard to help right next to the planet. But you left New Berlin´s orbit without any problems. If emergency repairs were needed, why did you continue with the flight?

Anyway, to process your demand, I will need to know name of the ship you had collision with and detailed description of what, where and how happened, preferably with photos of the incident from the outer cameras or gunpoints. Also submit, bitte, access to communication with representative of Baltimore Shipyard regarding ship condition as well as repairs made on it and/or copy of the original repair bill they sent you.
